Microfocus has always been there for all our computer needs. They are professional and provide excellent service when we need it. We have been customers of microfocus for over 4 years. Just recently we had to update one of our machines and we were given options, pros and cons, a long term plan to know what is expected due to what this particular machine does. overall the experience and service were great!

I did some research when looking to resolve an issue that was outside of my mediocre troubleshooting skills for my business PC's. I found Microfocus and saw that it was well reviewed. I called up and left a voicemail. Phil responded within 2 hours and apologized for the delay even though I was happy to get a call back the same day. He came by to take a look and was able to diagnose and fix the issue I was having. He quickly took care of the issue and did not overcharge. He let me know what the pricing would be beforehand and didn't charge a penny more. He was friendly and I no longer will have
