Polite staff, they work fast. I tend to not peel off the original factory plastic wraps on my electronics unless it's a ventilation section. So when I brought my computer in after a power surge from a storm, they managed to keep the plastic on it, Amazing. Computer works fine now

They are thorough and cordial-a pleasure to deal with them.
