Michael was great to work with. This was our first time buying a home and Michael walked us through every step. He was available day or night to answer every question. Michael is hands down the best person in the world. This is my second go at trying to buy a home and he is there at any time of day or night. He sat there with me at my worst talking me through the tough times of buying a home. He spent hours on the phone with me just talking about adulting and homeownership and the ups and the downs. He explained it was tough process but it will all be worth it.

Unfortunately I trusted the salesman to do the right thing by the consumer and I got a mortgage which was ran by unrealistic number all to which on paper it showed ok but after the closing and pocession of the house changed drastically going from the property taxes , mortgage insurance and homeowners insurance all were ran with lower numbers which allowed me to get an affordable monthly payment however after the first year analysis by the mortgage bank the payment skyrocketed 1100 dollars more from the original price .. very bad practice from those who tend to say they are helping people . I can
