They closed my mortgage in 14 days and the highlight was they were very pro-active and responsive. DJ (Dheeraj) and his team worked relentlessly to close this out in record time. He and his team coordinated and communicated with the realtor, escrow & insurance companies with very minimal involvement from me or my wife.
I recommend Heritage services to everyone and anyone. Value for money, super charged and highly talented folks whose mission is to take care of their client and their stress-free involvement!

Team was very friendly and worked efficiently to make sure all the paperwork was completed on a timely manner. There were many setbacks in the process, as expected when handling such a large financial transaction, but the team was able to work with us through the whole process and we were able to close on our first house successfully

We closed on our home in December and so much of it was due to the hard work of Nikesh and the team at Heritage Financial. They were so honest and up front through the whole process and put in so much time and energy to help us secure a loan with a great rate. If we ever purchase another house, I will gladly work with them again! Heritage has a strong team that's responsive and flexible. They were able to get a very competitive rate for our refinance. Despite some hurdles (covid related, transfer of documents from previous lender) we were able to get the closing done quickly and smoothly.

The Heritage Team provides a white-glove personalized service at a very competitive cost. Their staff is very knowledgeable, professional, honest and provides great customer service. I had worked with Nick.....he is very thorough and courteous. The staff supporting Nick was super helpful and provided timely communications. I feel they bring a great value-add compared to dealing with conventional banks and large mortgage lenders.
