Services
The application of the principles of soil and rock mechanics, geology, groundwater hydrology, and strength of construction materials in the solution of earth related engineering challenges. Our experience and expertise with regional subsurface conditions make us uniquely qualified to provide solutions for use in design.
Foundation Systems Engineering, P.C. is able to provide Special Inspection services in accordance with Chapter 17 of the International Building Code (IBC). FSE has been providing special inspection services since 2009 and are able to provide in house inspection services with experienced and certified inspectors and engineers.

When comes to foundation issues and structural engineers its hard to know who to trust and if you are receiving sound advice. Most foundation companies will use scare tactics and make things seem way worse then the problem actually is and in my experience both foundation/structural engineers will throw out bloated consult fees to just show up with no guarantee on return.
