Still having amazing experiences with the Eurasian team after all these years. They have consistently given us superior customer service and maintenance on our M4 and Volvo C30. Anytime I have a question or concern Rob is always there for us with an honest answer. They make us feel like family and we trust them implicitly. We feel lucky to have them do everything from basic maintenance, major mechanical issues to doing a complete inspection on the M4 before we purchased it. The service rep told us up front their intentions and indicated we would receive an estimate before repairs, Both happened, including that the estimate had pictures for us to reference. Repairs were completed in s timely manner and full details were given verbally and written after the repair. Overall a very smooth process. Having never done a repair like this one elsewhere I cannot compare their pricing, but I did not feel it was an unfair amount for the repair completed.

"Eurasian Auto repair is one, if not THE best car repair centers in San Antonio. Their workmanship is great and professional, they look for the smallest detail and keep you informed about your vehicle and it's progress. They are able to do 'dealership' quality work at half the price. I have taken my vehicles there for many years and they have never failed to deliver first class repairs at a fraction of what other repair centers charge to include Dealerships.

Just got fleeced. $130.00 oil change for a Volkswagen. No turbo, not a high performance model.
My fault for not researching more thoroughly.
VW Dealer charges $90.00 for same service.

I had a great experience with Eurasian. They checked only what I asked them to and took photos of everything so I could see the status of all my fluids etc... They confirmed services with me before doing them and only fixed what was necessary. Everyone was super friendly and transparent, and I will definitely return for my next car services!

Rob and his team at Eurasian hit the ground running !! We just moved here from Tampa Florida our Audi TT convertible would not start once it arrived on the transport truck, I called Eurasian and spoke to Rob he said he would look at my car right away , I tried calling other places and they said they couldn't do the work or look at my Audi for 2 weeks , thank God I didn't take it to the other places, Rob got me right in , Rob kept me updated on my car and the whole process from the time we had the tow truck dropped it off until we picked it up !! I never take the time to write reviews but I just felt the need this time because Eurasian continues to impress me and give me the best service. The guys that work there are extremely nice and helpful. They've always been very accommodating, whether it be me getting my car towed there and not being able to be there, or having to pick up my car late in the day because I work mornings. They always get started on my car fairly quickly, usually the day of unless they're super busy which is understandable. They always make sure to call me before doing anything to my car and they also send me text messages

After a recent service visit to the BMW dealership, where I felt taken advantage of, I wanted to try somewhere different. I researched local service centers and found that Eurasian Auto had overwhelming positive reviews. I had a good feeling from the start and am glad that I chose take my vehicle to them. The service, knowledge, and professionalism was above reproach. The environment and staff were friendly and family like, which I appreciate. Rob at Eurasian REALLY took care of us! We came for a second opinion after being given a large scale, and completely unexpected, work order from our local dealership. He showed us personally what needed to be fixed, and he showed us the repair needed so we could make an informed decision about our car. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. They had my car problem figured out quickly and back on the road in no time. Had a very bad experience getting my car fixed here last week.
Brought in my vehicle for an expensive exhaust leak. The mechanic needed to remove my transmission and after he replaced it my car now has a big transmission issue that never was there originally. Brought my car back in this past Monday and they are now charging me $4k to fix this issue on top of the $3k I already payed to get my exhaust leak fixed. This is is a very frustrating situation. I was unable to find the contact information of the manager or owner to resolve this big problem.

I had an ongoing issue with the the dealership that seemed as if there was no end in sight. I contacted Eurasian Auto Repair and spoke with Rob ( the shop manager), with whom I had the pleasure meeting once before to get an oil change because the dealership was booked out for a week. He assured me he would take care of me. The owner ( John) even reached out to me to make sure I was safe. They made certain to go over costs, warranties, and gave me a brief overview of my braking system. Their customer service and attention to detail was second to none. Picked up my 2016 Mini Cooper after backing into a pole on my drivers side... Since this was my first incident ever, I was extremely nervous as to how a repair would look. I have to say that the body work was absolutely perfection! I have no complaint whatsoever. The customer service was on point as well. They made it so easy for me especially considering it was my first time dealing with something like this!! I hope I don't have to comeback lol, but I would recommend this establishment to ANYONE !! When I brought my car in I was greeted warmly and felt very comfortable. I was called shortly after with the repairs that were needed. I was happy that they didn't try to list a bunch of things that needed "repairs" but rather the actual things that were broken. They gave me a fair price and got it done quick.
I was impressed by their communication with me and the efficiency of the job. Recommend!

After having a bad experience at the dealership I normally have frequented for my repairs, I recently had the pleasure of meeting Rod Blessing at Eurasian Auto Repair. The first thing of entering their front showroom, and even looking into the shop.... the first thing I noticed was everything was impeccably clean. The second thing I noticed is the knowledge...even by the staff. They care.

Another amazing service! I asked for some belts to be replaced and then they said there was no need for it, fixed everything else; they always tell you what is needed and what is not. Very Honest, very thorough
Also I would like to give a shout out to Rob who accommodated me and my very limited time. Rob not only was willing to meet me to pick up the car on his time off, it was during the 4th of July weekend! He even took pictures of the work done and sent them to me!
My only gripe is that I am now back in iowa! I would like them to open a location in des moines please!!
