Eric and his team have been my insurance agent since I moved back to the area in 2018. The agency has always been able to provide excellent advice on all my insurance needs, while also providing good value from a cost standpoint. Eric and his team are the best I’ve dealt with. Whenever there has been an issue, they have responded immediately and rectified any problem or answered any question I have had. My insurance wasn’t a thing I ever really thought about. I never had an agent and I just put my bill pay on automatic. It wasn’t until I met Eric and he said he’s take a look to see if he could save me money. Which he did, ended up getting better coverage for the same price. On both my Car and Home insurances. So after I made the switch I did what I usually do, put everything on automatic and not worry about it. However Eric reaches out every so often to review my policy and make sure I haven’t had any changes that require new coverage. He even made suggestions that would lower my monthly
