He's quick to respond and always follows up when he says he will.....and he was able to save us over $340 annually on our home and auto policies. I was looking for a better insurance company that what I had previously. He listened to what my concerns were and what I was specifically looking for and he found me great auto and homeowners policy at great rates. My auto insurance is lower now at age 57 than it ever was in my life. He is very professional and ethical and has integrity which is what I wanted in an agent.
