The inspection they provided was thorough and very high quality. The report was delivered the same day - just a couple of hours after the inspection! They caught items that could have been major problems down the road. Using their services was the best decision we made during our home building process.

Called him Thursday night for an ASAP home inspection, he was there Saturday morning right on time.
Courteous, professional and friendly. Took time to show me some issues I wouldn’t have seen and educated me as to why they were.
A detailed report was emailed with his commentary on solutions 2 hours after completion.
Will definitely use The Wells Inspection Group again.

Jon did a very thorough job on the inspection for us prior to purchase. We needed a VA inspection and he did that for us. He was on time and was very patient with my questions...and I had a lot of questions. He walked me through the property and showed me things that were of concern and helped explain what could be done to remedy some of the issues.
