The goal of our Passport Program is to restore you to health. We understand that every person under our care has distinct requirements for therapy. Your individual rehabilitation is tailored to a series of realistic, short-term achievements based on getting you home. Our services are designed to give you the skills and abilities needed to live a healthy and fulfilling life.
There are times when a family cannot adequately care for a parent and must turn over the task to those who are more able. When my mom was admitted we felt confident that she would be able to return home after the usual 20 days of therapy. It became apparent that she could no longer live independently and we had to make a hard decision, but there was much relief when we learned of the good caregiving situation at Ludlowe.
Ludlowe Center for Health & Rehabilitation has been recognized as a 2020 recipient of the Bronze - Commitment to Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) for its commitment to improving the lives of residents through quality care. The distinction is the first of three progressive award levels through the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program.

...It's early days still, I probably overreacted last night - my first impression was unfavorable. The experience of the one individual I had interacted with was extremely poor. I have met many more people who work here since then, and they have been quite professional, friendly, courteous, and a pleasure. For the most part. Things are not fully sorted out yet and we need to work together on a common goal.
The room I am in is small, but very nice. It is clean and comfortable. The food has been very good so far. The portions are generous and substitutions are available. Plus they will work with

There is no place as perfect as home. But this place is nice and clean. The staff are friendly. They are so caring to my brother who requires complete care and is dependent on them for feeding, turning and positioning, bathing, etc...they have done such a great job on him as far. They find time to get to know him and his likes/dislikes. The nurses and the PCAs are a maricle worker. We are very grateful for them.

Ludlowe Center for Health is a lovely clean facility with caring staff.
My mom rehabbed there recently and we had excellent service from the lady at the desk and the administrator to all nursing staff. The food is good and the guy from the kitchen very helpful.
I recommend Ludlowe for anyone who needs rehabilitation.

My mother has had several illnesses over the years which have resulted in a stay at Ludlowe. It is with 100% certainty that I can report that this staff and facility is beyond the best. I spoke with several other patient family members that told me sad stories of different experiences with other rehab facilities in the area. I assured each and every one that they would not have to deal with those issues at Ludlowe. The staff took care of my mother’s rehabilitation and even my emotional needs like we were like family.
