On the plus side, good service, fair price for the tires, mounting and balancing. Asked them to do an alignment if necessary and they showed me the specs from their machine indicating it was not needed. They could have gone ahead and done it and I would have been none the wiser. On the minus side, store is not particularly attractive.

Such a shame! This used to be a great place to purchase tires and services, however whatever “transition” happened in the last couple years really has changed that. From the incredible service, to the competitive prices, to honest work, it had all gone down hill since the change. I thought I’d give them another shot, and get some tires quoted for my sons car last Saturday only to find out they are now closed on Saturdays! I’m not sure how they expect working people to shop for tires when they are closed on Saturdays. Oh well...

Went in a while back and bought 4 new tires, all was well however i have noticed front tires rubbing when turned left or right. while getting brakes done it was pointed out that the tires are bigger than the sticker says on the door. this is the 2wd Lt blazer, rare i know, but still wrong tires. it was also pointed out that one rear lug nut is new… and another on a different wheel is an odd ball that won’t accept the hub cap lock, that is missing as well. i’ve tried to make an appointment to get rotation done but gave up after no one called back. try again soon i suppose.

Honest Shop and employees. I dropped my pickup off at RoseburgTire Pro to have the rear brakes overhauled, because they were having issues. I was completely ready to bight the bullet and pay a pretty penny to have them fixed. When I came back to pick it up in the afternoon they told me that my brakes were completely fine and that all that needed to… be done was replace the axle seal and bearing then clean the brakes with solvent. My brakes feel great now and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg and didn't pay for unnecessary parts and labor. Thank you Roseburg Tire Pro!

Terrible customer service. Made an appointment for tire rotation and oil change, was told 45 minutes. 1 hour 15 mins later I ask about my car and they are just putting it up to START the oil change. No communication to me that they are running behind or anything. When I said forget the oil change because I needed to go, I got a rude employee that… was not apologetic or furthermore that could care less that I was here for that long and didn’t obtain the service I was there for. Manager was not helpful either. Won’t support a business that doesn’t show that their customers

I went in yesterday to get an oil change and my front rotors turned. Upon inspection the technician brought me outside and showed me how thin my brakes were (20%). He also measured the rotor in front of me. Though it could be turned, due to it being warped he recommended replacement. Since I do a lot of hilly travel, with it being so thin after… resurfacing, chances were high it would soon warp again. I ended up getting both the brakes and rotors replaced.
