Great shop, helped me in my time of most need (when my vehicle broke down a long way from where I live), had all the parts needed which was a surprise to me, completed the work same day, got me back on the road. I spoke to two different people and both were helpful, gained my confidence. A few days after the work was done a lead developed related to the repair. I emailed them and they replied. The work was under warranty. I was to far from the shop to return and asked them to reimburse 50% of the cost of repair at another shop which they did. So the post service was good. Last Monday, I did a stupid thing. I locked my keys, wallet, and phone inside my running car on accident. Luckily, my parents live just down the road from this shop (I was visiting). I ran down to Rogers Tune-Up in a panic, but they immediately drove me back to my house and got me into my car. And then, they charged me very little. Truly an angel. The whole process was so quick and painless. I whole-heartedly recommend this shop.
