The folks at Instaprint have been great to work with, especially Stephanie. I have had difficult last-minute deadlines, or mistakes in projects that were submitted, and they've always worked with us to do their best to make it happen! I intend to use them for my printing needs in the future.

Over the past year I have had nothing but good experiences with Instaprint. Today, I needed a redo on an incorrectly sized small print job on cardstock, thanks to my mistake. After emailing the job, I stopped in to show what I needed in terms of cutting and quartering the paper. I had created the copy in Word(!) with little actual measurement. A staff member immediately helped me, cut a sample and showed me, and got the job finished while I waited. He could not have been more helpful or attentive—more than I had any right to expect. Thank you, Instaprint!

This is the quickest, hassle free printing company in the business AND local, family owned business is a huge bonus. I have been using their services for years, and they never disappoint. Recently I needed our business logo revamped before printing and the art department sent me 3 fantastic options within 24 hours!! 2 days later I have new artwork and printed business cards, delivered!!! I never had to leave work! Support local hassle free printing! Yes please!

This place has great quality prints. They are cheaper than FedEx office for an 11 x 17 color print, and the paper is higher quality. Now that I remember that this place is here, I will start doing business with them a lot more often. FedEx office is good if you need all the extra stuff, but if you need good customer service, and don't want to spend half again as much on copies, then you should go to Instaprint.

I really do not like the classist approach to customer service. I stood in the lobby for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I had an order to place.
They did not appear busy as many of the women were giggly over where their lunch was going to be held.
These services are cheaper online anyway.
Thought I'd ship local.
But I wont pay for classism.
Maybe a workshop on equality is suggested?

First time working with Instaprint. I walked in on a Tuesday, explained that I needed varying sized prints of my artwork for an event by the end of the week. Since they were larger prints, they assigned Brandon to the job. Brandon went over the different types of paper they had available, and the pricing, and what kind of files to send over. I was unable to get the files to them before they closed that day, and sent them that evening via email. I didn't hear back from them until the next afternoon, and was sweating it a bit, as I had to have the job done by Friday. Brandon sent me the

Other than the fact that it's a rip-off, and maybe a bit of a scam, the place is decent. If you have a black & white page to copy, and it's already the proper density, you can easily make a print yourself, and adjust the density yourself to make the second print perfect.
Generally, for harder jobs, a staff member can help you get a print nearly perfect, on their 5th try or so.
They advertise color prints at $.39 each. In all actuality, they cost $.59 each. Be sure to bring double the amount of money you expect to spend, since your print job may well cost double the advertised price
