As a fourth generation dentist, Dr. Chris has deep appreciation for his family members who led the way. He's passionate about using leading edge techniques, technology, and treatment to deliver a remarkable patient experience.
Professional, immaculate new office with state of the art equipment and entertainment (Netflix, music, etc to keep you distracted). Very knowledgeable, gentle dentist, and a convenient location. From the moment you walk through the door, we want you to feel like you're visiting a friend's house. Beverages, Disney+, headphones, blankets, pillows, etc.
Dr. Chris is a great dentist. He takes the time to explain issues and then walks you through the process and all options before beginning any work. Office staff is super friendly and they are transparent and honest with their billing. Open on Saturday is a bonus. I am a new patient at Smile Moderne, and glad that I chose them.

Without doubt THE BEST DENTIST I have ever had! Dr. Chris responds personally to any emergency - even at 9:30 on a Saturday night! His knowledge, skill and expertise are beyond question, and you can depend upon the work he does on your teeth to be of the highest quality. He always takes his time to show you the x-rays and explain the procedure in detail so you know exactly what is going on. Serena is also amazing! Most Magical dentist ever! You know you found the best dentist when your kids LOOK FORWARD to going to the dentist. Actually our whole family goes to see Dr. Chris and Serena at Smile Moderne. I love that their office is kid friendly and totally decorated in Disney decor.
One thing that really made Smile Moderne stand out was their patient form. They ask you your preferred pronouns, if you have anxiety about going to the dentist, and any concerns you might have. I can not say enough good things about Smile Moderne. Dr.Chris takes his time and makes sure while you are in his chair, you are his top priority. He is very gentle as well as a perfectionist. He takes his time to make sure you are happy every time you leave his office. Serena is so sweet and greets you at every appointment with the biggest hello and great conversation. I can honestly say I enjoy going to the dentist. You really feel your valued and know they want to provide the best care. Chris is a great, skilled dentist and has state of the art dental equipment. You can watch Netflix or a favorite movie when your receiving care. Serena dental assistant/office manager exceeds all rankings in customer service and always with a smile. I'm so glad I found Smile Moderne! It's perfect for me, I was so nervous b/c I haven't been to the dentist since high school and finally got my own dental insurance this year. 1000% recommend!

We've been with Smile Moderne for a couple years now and we couldn't be happier. Dr. Chris and his staff are wonderful. They are friendly, gentle with your teeth and they really listen and address any concerns you might have. They feel like family .

What Can I say. As a FTM I was nervous to take my little one to the dentist in fear of him having a bad experience. But, not here. Both Dr.Chris and Serena were great with my squirmy toddler. I'm so greatful for their patience and good attitude towards us and they are Disney Lovers just like us *inserts hot dog dance*. Im sure I made a great choice and the commute is no biggie because there service is well worth it.

I've never been one to like the dentist but from the moment I walked into Smile Moderne, that all changed. Both Serena and Dr. Chris are so welcoming and truly put your best interest first. They go above and beyond to not only make you feel welcome but to make sure you are aware of what's going on with your dental health. You can truly feel their passion and intention with each interaction.

After having not visited the dentist in years, I started shopping around the South Orange County area for someone local we could go to. I went to All Smiles in Laguna Niguel and Walnut Dental in Irvine before finding Dr. Chris and Serena at Smile Moderne, and I couldn't be more excited! Smile Moderne is one of the rare medical offices that GENUINELY deserves 5 stars. I do not say that lightly. Dr. Chris and Serena there at the office are some of the best, most kind-hearted people I've ever met. Wow. That's really all I can start with. My wife had come here and raved about how awesome Dr Chris and the other staff members here were, but I really didn't believe it until I went there myself!

Prior to my visit I was emailed a questionnaire on how you would like to be treated and if I had any concerns about my upcoming appointment. I have always hated the dentist. It's why i haven't been in two years! But my Boyfriend and I needed a dentist and had just moved in the area, so I went with word of mouth as my guiding light to find a dentist. And I found smile moderne!
What an amazing place and what amazing staff (Aka the Dr. and his wonderful/caring/competent partner)! I felt taken care of, professional and personally. They are hip, the office is clean and the service is impeccable.

We LOVE Smile Moderne! It's so awesome that they can provide painless, high-quality treatment for the whole family. Dr Chris and Serena are so patient, caring and friendly. Serena explains all charges (covered and not covered by insurance) upfront, so you know just what to expect. Dr Chris has an amazing bedside manner and is so great with kids and adults alike. Whenever you move, finding new everything can be so stressful and overwhelming and can feel like you are shooting in the dark. This dentist office truly is magical! With the kind staff and bits of Disney decor around the office it's easy to forget that you are at the dentist office! I never really liked going to the dentist but that has now changed since coming to Smile Moderne! The staff is so kind and Dr. Chris is really good at making sure you are comfortable as he works on your teeth. I cannot rave about this dental practice enough. I've been looking for a great dentist in Southern California for nearly 10 years and am so glad I found Smile Moderne. Dr. Chris is so understanding and knowledgable. I have pretty bad TMJ and have a hard time keeping my mouth open for long periods of time.
