Let me start by saying that we have never owned a pool before we moved into our house almost 2 years ago. Our pool was in ROUGH shape. It had been neglected for at least 5 years before we moved in, uncovered, unfiltered, basically the perfect home for frogs and algae. The water was full on green and mucky. We tried cleaning it ourselves and it was just too much for us as "green" pool owners who had no idea what we were doing. Since I purchased my house, I dealt with many contractors. Experience with Annapolis Pool Service was probably the best , easiest to deal with for sure from all of the contractors I encountered. Professional, responsive and very honest , which is not common nowadays.
Strongly recommending their weekly maintenance package, I was silly enough to request monthly maintenance and that just not enough.
Also they will give you estimate on work that needs to be done, as a recommendation, without being pushy and I really liked that.
