No vegan at all! Not even one vegan product! In 2022?!?? Unacceptable! The world is dying and The Golden Pear doesn’t care at all. Selfish position especially for being a coffe in the Hamptons. Very disappointed!

I do like the Golden Pear, been here at least five times in the past years because it’s so conveniently located. I always end up ordering the same thing, the roast turkey, it’s the best tasting item on the menu.

Got deli stuff so I didn't have to wait for preparation. It's expensive but cheaper than most places in the Hamptons and the customer service was quick and polite. Easy parking and tables and chairs outside and a clean bathroom. That's all I needed to be on my haply way.

The food is always solid and the wait usually isn’t long. However, the prices border on the absurd for some things (like $18 for…oatmeal. Just oatmeal with some fruit on top. $18?!).

Decent breakfast options. Love their muffins, smoothies and fruit juices. It does get busy especially weekend brunches so make sure to account for wait time take out that’s from the kitchen.

Service is horrendous. Ordered a large passion fruit iced tea with light ice and only orange slices added to the tea . I noticed her filling up the tea with almost the entire glass filled to top with ice . I then corrected her and she poured out most of the ice . She proceeded to refill the cup and then started adding lime slices to the drink . Had to correct her again . Paid $6 for an iced tea and to make matters worse she never informed me that they don't have the passion fruit iced tea anymore and what she served me was apricot iced tea . Similar thing happened this morning when my wife

I love their coffee and their baked goods. The service however was horrible. Got my order wrong, was rude, not friendly or welcoming and all and makes the experience really bad :/

Gotta be the most overhyped location in the Hamptons. The food is ok but way expensive for what it is they serve and the locations are always overpacked and chaotic. The staff is not patient and the coffee is weak. Certainly not the first pick for a meal.

On Saturday, October 10th, we had early dinner at Golden Pear Cafe, Vegetarian Chilli and it was vegan delicious, however since we're eating near closing time, they locked door while we were eating and we didn't want to trash beautiful Bridgehampton because of wind, and two of us had to knock on door to throw garbage. After seprate from my friend, since my HJ bus was close, I had to put my garbage on bags that by employee's entrance.
That's why I'm giving 3 stars because closing doors while eating is bad idea!!

I ordered a gift basket for my friend going through a tough time through The Golden Pear's website. Gina carefully curated a beautiful basket and added in a couple more items to make the basket even more meaningful. She emailed me photos of the basket and kept me updated on the delivery. Would highly recommend The Golden Pear! Gina went the extra mile and her kindness was so so appreciated.

I think the Bridgehampton location of the Golden Pear is good for what it is. It's one of the cheapest meals in the area and great for lunch. I placed an order online for pick up and it was ready at the promised time and waiting on a set of shelves by the front door. Our food was still warm by the time I picked it up. There is a little parking lot just to the right of the shop which makes picking up orders really easy. They have a few tables set up outside which seem to be on a first come, first served basis.

I had the scrambled eggs and cheddar sandwich on a croissant. The sandwich itself

The food here is really good for a quick bite to eat. They have great breakfast choices and endless choices of sandwiches. The sandwiches are very customizable. One of the best things about the Golden Pear Cafe is that they provide coffee creamer to anyone that purchased coffee. This is a great place for a quick breakfast lunch or dinner. It is also open during covid-19 which is great.

This is fairly expensive place when it comes to breakfast. Yeah I get it everyone in the Hampton probably has the money to pay for this stuff, but I bought a crossiant and coffee and it came out to $8.10. It's a nice little place with a cozy atmosphere - but considering the size of the crossiant it was a little to small for the price you are paying. But then again we're in the Hamptons. They look fairly busy, a lot of people comming in and out.

This cafe is one of the few spots that's open during the off-season that isn't overpriced. The cafe has a variety of food options which are ordered at the register and then the food is brought out to you. The food is served relatively quickly so if you're very hungry, you won't be waiting very long. The food also isn't very expensive as some other restaurants in the area can be. The cafe is pretty quiet but had many guests there. I ordered the lobster bisque and it was so good! It was very filling and I couldn't even finish the whole cup of soup. The service was typical of a small cafe. If you

Not extraordinarily good as they claim it to be, overpriced items and to my palate not really tasty at all, their egg whites don't taste anything close to real fresh farm eggs, I should know, I buy from a local farm fresh eggs.
Their service? Pitiful! I suppose that if you just look like an "ordinary" working person, you're not worth their time or attention as I waited for about 10 minutes to be noticed by the guy taking the orders when there was nobody else waiting to place orders or on orders.
Anywho! I don't think they're much better than any other deli, they do have a good selection of items

If you wake up and realize you're out of breakfast food or just too tired to cook when in any area of the Hamptons near Golden Pear, you inevitably end up here. Then you realize everyone else feels the exact same way. While waiting in line and worrying about what will be left when you get to order, You'll look at potentially getting a delicious avocado toast, or perhaps a tasty breakfast sandwich. Both are excellent as you recall. Throw in that coffee that you desperately need and you can head back poolside at the house You rented for the weekend.

You place your order and get the bill

The prices are going up, up, up but it remains a staple for the summer... TIP: register your cell phone for text updates and when you purchase give the number - you will get a text giving you a $1 discount on your next visit... every little helps

This 2017 the Golden Pear in Southampton has removed all prices from its menu boards on the wall. Thankfully other outlets have the priced menu still available.

This is easily the best café on Long Island. The service is great, the food is excellent. Great for everything from lunch with a large group to a quick stop for a snack.

I could not recommend it more hoghly. The have a range of food, so there's something for everyone. The croissants are excellent, escpecially the chocolate ones.

They even have great vegetarian options, is spite of the distinctly tex-mex vibe.

I don't see many people trying the smoothies, but you should because they're delicious.

Nice breakfast at Golden Pear. Haven't eaten here in a while wasn't a fan a couple of years ago. But was brought back to giving it a try by a colleague and noticeable improvements.

The eggs and fruit and croissant was very fresh. The aged cheddar is a nice touch.

Would have breakfast here again prices are golden.
