My name is Charles G Berrouet and I am the proud owner of the State Farm Agency located at 4105 Lancaster Ave Philadelphia PA 19104. A second generation agent, I opened State Farm's leading Insurance agency in the metro Philly area in 2017. The Insurance industry has been a calling for me: I am passionate about helping others and get fulfillment through making an impact in other's lives - our community, customers and team members alike.

My signing on with state farm was handled with patience and guidance by agent Benjamin. He had my information from previous insurance company and other documents that was very impressive . To my surprise my old policy was cancelled on the spot, which he connected me to and my insurance was immediately in effect. I did not have to wait for the next . It was a pleasant experience and the quote fit my income. I am a happy camper. Thank you state farm.

I have been working with Marybeth for the last few weeks to get set up with homeowner's and auto insurance. She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk to. I had the pleasure talking to Mr. Benjamin about getting home insurance and to my surprise I was able to get car insurance at a lower rate that I was paying to safe auto. He took the time to answer all my questions so I’ll will have a better idea and understanding on how the policy works and what it covers I would truly would recommend him to my family and friends. I received a quote online, but didn't complete purchase of my new policy. I received the friendliest call from Scarlet who told me that finishing on the phone would be much more customized, and she helped me purchase the policy quickly and easily. I felt so comfortable on the phone with her, and it felt great that I was talking to someone who would be my local agent. Usually I'm stuck behind a customer service wall and talking to different people every time I need something, but it's great that I feel like I have a direct contact I can call if I need anything.
