Matt was amazing. Extremely helpful, super responsive, and professional in helping us with our ADU project. We have a very unique situation on a flag lot that required some code interpretation and difficult discussions with the Santa Clara County Fire Department and San Jose Water. Matt connected and negotiated on our behalf several times and we would work with him again in a second. We've been disappointed quite a few times in the construction world over the last year, but Matt by far was the reliable AND proactive in every way - very impressed.

I worked with Longevity Fire Sprinklers for a small project that other companies didn't want to do, so they would give me exorbitant quotes but not Longevity Fire. They gave me the quote according to me size of the project. My project was a new 460sf-accessory structure that in order to get approved I needed to install fire sprinklers.
Matt had the patience to answer all the questions I had through out the whole process. He is super responsive with text or phone calls.
I was hesitant to hire Longevity Fire after reading that 1 star review and I'm glad I gave them the chance. Their work

Matt, Carlos and the Team were super professional, easy to deal with and informative. They managed the project (I'm sick of permits) and helped us deal with other local info we needed to get through the process. Installation was quick and when they needed guidance on locations for the sprinklers and other things that influenced design, they checked in and straight back to it with little interruption to our other construction and our general day to day. Great prices too, very competitive and reasonable.

Matt was doing a good job and i initially was giving him a 5 star. But now I have to change it to 1 star. On the last day before inspection, he breaks a big hole in my ceiling. He asked a drywall guy to fix, but that guy did a very bad job: our fresh painted wall and ceilings now have different colors (he didn't fix the texture and re-paint); our brandy new wood floor is dirty with filling material and got three new holes that is hard to fix; the ceiling light cover is broken. After that, he didn't reply my texts and calls and voice messages. Feel disappointed.

I worked with Vladimir on scheduling a time that was convenient for me to do maintenance on our fire sprinkler system. He was very accommodating as I had to change the time twice. When he came to the house, he was extremely polite and efficient. He fixed an issue that we had and gave clear instructions on things we need to do to keep our system functioning properly. Five stars for customer service and five stars for the work he did!

This review is for Matt and Vladimir. These guys are hands down the best! We were looking for a specialist plumber to fix our damaged water pipe that was connected to the fire sprinkler system. Matt made it a point to come over at short notice to take a look at the damage. He came back the very next morning with special materials he needed and got working. Within a couple of hours, Matt fixed the pipe. He then worked with our landlord to get in touch with the alarm company to coordinate a test run of the water flow before turning everything back on. Recently had to get a 5 year inspection done on my fire sprinkler system and called around only to find most contractors where too busy. Longevity was busy however Vladimir was nice enough to come by my office after normal hours on his way home to take a look at my riser so he could give me a quote. He provided me with a great price. Once the inspection was conducted a few deficiencies was noted but he worked with me to get these corrected at a reasonable cost before submitting anything to the city.
