I didn't know what to expect by getting the villa room, but when we walked into the room it was a big WOW! It had a great set, the 100 foot walk to the water front was amazing, the common hang out was amazing and most of all the front desk help amazing as well, can't wait to go back and tell all of my family and friends, thanks for the over all experiences, it was was awesome!!!!

This place is amazing! We stayed in a 1 bedroom for my birthday and the room had everything you can possibly need! The common lounge was awesome to relax and soak up the sun! The beach and restaurants were walking distance which we loved! We will definitely be coming back and referring our friends and family!

Thank you Sunset Cove Villas and Holiday Inn Laguna beach! Our Villa located right on a beautiful private beach, large sliding glass door with wrap around windows, large balcony, beautiful and totally comfortable interior was absolutely wonderful!! The breeze!! 👍My 17 year old daughter and her 3 friends, had the best time after being cooped up for a year! Originally booked for Holiday inn with Sunset Cove Villas, I asked for an upgrade and to add an additional night. ..well they had a last minute cancellation at the villas and offered me that for the right price...totally worth it and such a

Manager is very helpful and responds quickly. Unit is beautiful and bed very comfortable. The view from the shared deck is amazing. You can hear the waves crashing with the dinning window open. The jetted tub did not work. Maintenance came to verify the wire was burnt out. No tub experience was a disappointment as I was really wanting to help sore muscles. The smell in the kitchen was not bad but a bit musty and we bought a candle across the street it helped smell better. Overall fabulous place to stay and would highly recommend. Only one last thing is the unit above is large and if the party above

DO NOT STAY HERE. We booked a villa for the weekend for our wedding anniversary and even confirmed our room on Thursday prior to staying. When we arrived, they told us they had overbooked and there was "nothing they could do". They didn't offer us another room or property, didn't offer us a refund and was the most unhelpful customer service we've ever experienced and were so incredibly rude. I would give them zero stars if I could. Save your money and stay somewhere else to avoid this disaster of a property!

I can't express how amazing time my husband and I had there . For one our trip was not planned . It was our first time away in 15 years without the kids . We just showed up there not having any expectations. As we were checking in we were told they had villas on the beach available for a reasonable price . The guy that checked us in was awesome . He was thoughtful and knowledgeable . Any questions we had he had the answers . we showed up before check out time we were able to park in the private garage . The villa in walking distance to anything you need .We didn't use our car the whole time we

The location of the unit itself is good, but the apartment is in desperate need of a remodel!
We stayed at the Seychelles Unit.
Rusty vents, stained & dirty carpets in the bedroom, constant sewer smell in the kitchen, open wires, no security at all due to a defective door to the beach which allows every person to access the buildung from the beach and since this place is not cheap I think this is not acceptable.
On top of that is the unit extremely noisy, you can hear every step & move the tenants above you do.
And if you are unfortunate like we were and you have tenants above you who like

Amazing views, very friendly staff at check in and when I called with a question. Definitely coming back to be literally on the beach. The shared deck was quiet and beautiful. I had to work a few hours and started my morning with the waves crashing and sun coming up across the Pacific with unobstructed view. Short walk to any food, dessert or shop you can think of with easy access and ability to find your way back. Best Cali experience we've had after around 10 trips over from AZ.

Absolutely beautiful place to relax and unwind. We were actually staying across the street and do to a mix up our room we initially booked wasn't available and they upgraded us to this property across the street and it was perfect. I would encourage anyone who is thinking of vacationing, traveling , or just wants a nice little break staycation, then you should absolutely look no further than sunset coast villas. Do yourself and whoever you're traveling with a favor and call them first.
