Homer is a great help - very nice, supportive and informative.
Tracy needs to find another line of work. She is rude, disrespectful and vindictive. She called me one morning because she claimed she couldn’t get in touch with my brother whom I bonded out. She said he missed court when in fact he went to court and they (a way out bail bonds) failed to inform him or myself that he had two dates in one week. When I questioned her about why she was being rude to me, her response was, “oh if you think this is rude, you ain’t

I had paid out my bond from day one so I would not have to check in every week. I called them every time I received notification of my court dates. Some woman began calling me a few times demanding to know why I had not checked in. She was very rude. After I explained that I had paid out my bond so I would not have to check in, she would tell me she would make a note in the computer, yet she called me at least 2 more times and the last time she had called my fanily references hounding them too. It made me angry. They need to pay more attention to details of the job. Otherwise, they were there in

Horrible experience I have ever had! I called A Way Out of Bail Bonds, and the lady over the phone gave me a reasonable price to bail my husband out of jail. It was around $200 she told me. Then when I arrived at the place, the lady told me that bail is triple the price from what was told over the phone ($1800). While I was there, the lady told me to bring my husband over there so she can speak to him. However, the grapevine police told me that I couldn't pick him up or have any other contact. A couple weeks goes by, and I called them about my husband. But, the lady told me to call the next day

Considering the situation already sucks. Angelica at Dallas location was very good at getting everything taken care of in proper order so it didn't cause additional drama. We had to deal with 2 counties, 4 cities and trying to avoid jail transfer confusion. Follow up at all 24 hours. They also let me know things I was able to ick up or turn in myself to save as much money as possible.
