My car had been in an accident, just the front driver side fender and hub cap had been damaged, and the alignment was off. They had my car for a week, when it was time to pickup the car I drove it on the straightest road to check the alignment, the alignment was still off, I brought it back in and the guy had the nerve to show me the alignment results on a piece of paper, if you're a good mechanic you would've taken my car for a test drive and seen your mistake before I had picked it up! After all of that they ended up fixing it that day, then later that night when I had to use my headlights

Car looks like glass, the paint match is unreal...a late model BLACK German car...first time I stopped to fuel it a stranger complimented it out of the blue. If you're reading these reviews and you're skeptical, it's understandable - but Dom's is the REAL deal. If you go elsewhere after reading these reviews and you run into a nightmare, don't say we didn't warn you. These folks take repairs dead seriously and they do wizard work. They bent over backwards for me and I am so grateful. They deserve your business.

My car was in an accident and wasn't even drivable. The at fault driver's insurance had my car sent to this auto shop to get fixed. My car was fixed and ready within 4 days of the wreck. I was told by the insurance adjuster that my car wouldn't be ready for 3 more days but then received a call that I could get it way early. They even let me pick it up 15 min after they closed. Not only did they fix my car like brand new, they even washed the outside. My car was sparkling! If I ever need work done on my car (not wreck related!) I'll definitely be coming back there. I definitely recommend

My wife's car was rear-ended and we were sent to Dom's by the other party's insurance. We knew going in that the car would be considered totalled. We informed them that we were going to keep the car, as it was an older car and we didn't have the money to buy another vehicle. When my wife went to pick it up, there was writing all over the car. My wife asked if they could wash off all the writing amd was told that she could wash it off herself when she got home. We were going to ask for an estimate, but after that kind of treatment there was no way we would give them our business after being treated

Brought my 2017 vehicle to Dom’s with 22929 miles on it and 3/4 of a tank of gas. Dom’s Called told me could pick it up early Monday morning. Picked it up early Monday morning.
Odometer had 23173 miles on it, gas gage was at 1/8 tank. I called Dave to let him know what happen. He said they had cameras inside and outside. He would go over the tapes and give me a call. Been weeks no call.

Wrecked my car...my fault. Progressive sent me here. I dropped the car off and Progressive got all over their part. Other than waiting a little time to find a bumper, the work was done right, the car looked brand new when I got it back, the work looked great. The owners were nice, my car got back to me washed and vacuumed, which I thought was a nice little touch. I paid my portion and got my car back. I would recommend this business. They even told me to NOT leave the car with them, to just let them see what they needed to order so I could still drive it and not spend the money on a rental, they

I couldn't be more pleased with the beautiful car I got back after the damages were repaired. It truly looked like a brand new car with the fantastic wash and wax job, not to mention the incredible the work done on the vehicle after I incurred damages to the fender. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and neatness of the waiting room, the shop, and the overall attitude of courtesy and appreciation in being a customer than was extended to me.
