Most of the repairs and upgrades we do to computers require them to come into our shop, where we have the proper tools and work areas to perform the work safely and correctly. The ability to work on one computer while we wait on another also allows us to save you money and offer flat rates for many common services.

Been taking our old laptops to All Tech for years and they have always been able to breathe new life into them at a very reasonable price. But this time I thought I was doomed. The cat knocked my laptop off a coffee table onto the hard floor. I got a failed attempt to start and then a brief blue screen. I figured All Tech might salvage the hard drive but in fact they opened her up - reseated, dusted and all is as was. Magic at no charge.

They were very responsive to emails and were very professional. I had an issue with getting RAM installed (due to an incompatibility) and they didn't charge me for it. I brought my laptop back in with the proper RAM shortly after they opened and I got it back later that day. Overall, this was a great experience.

I had been an Alltech customer for many years. In 2014 I moved to Asheville NC to take care of my ailing mother. Mom passed in early 2020 and I moved back to Hickory in the fall of 2020. In early March I began having an issue with my computer. I took my computer to Alltech and was surprised at how much Alltech had changed in the short time I had been away from Hickory. As I began to explain the problem with my computer to Kevin he didnt really seem interested in listening to me. After getting the feeling that I was being ignored I made an excuse and told him I would have to come back with my computer

I highly recommend this company. I almost went with another company but, I’m glad I went with All Tech. My ex changed my computer password and deleted crucial programs like windows. I thought my kids pictures and videos would be lost forever and I was devastated. Plus, I had two broken laptops that I needed data recovery for, as well. Kevin at All Tech went above and beyond for me. First, he installed a newer and larger hard drive into my desk top and reinstalled the programs. I had a Dell laptop that was slow and performing poorly in every way. The techs at All Tech kept the computer for a few days, called and told me what they were doing, and installed a brand new hard drive.
When I picked up the computer, they explained things to me, showed me where new icons were, and made sure that I could call them for help with the new look of my screen or any other questions.
I am new to Hickory and completely pleased with how I was treated and serviced.

I can't ever say enough good things about these guys. Matthew is intelligent and always has the answers. Prices are reasonable and lead times are always fantastic also. He has built multiple computers for me over the years and I have never once had a single complaint about his new builds or his service work. Flawless company that I will continue to use.

What began as a minor issue, quickly escalated into a major issue. Thanks to All Tech, all is now well.
Slightly more than 1 year old laptop purchased at Best Buy began running very slow, and crashing. Could re-boot it, and it seemed to run fine for several days. Then suddenly it would no longer boot into Windows 10. Took it to Best Buy Geek Squad. Explained to the tech there what was happening, and he determined the hard disk drive had failed. Laptop is out of warranty. Said they could install a new hard disk drive and reload Windows. Cost would be around $275.00. I asked how about my files.
