Yes, I hired All Computer Services, it was one of the first in a long list of computer repair services. BUT firstly after a few minutes talking with Jim Abraham, I became convinced that he knew what he was about.
You see my laptop was dead, caput, zonked out. I have been working from home due to the pandemic and so my home PC became essential. One morning all of the sudden my computer decided to travel to what I later learned is called "The Blue Screen of Death." My screen just went into this boot loop and no matter what I did, it would not let me in. I called the manufacturer and was told my computer was out of warranty, I tried tons of YouTube videos to no avail but nothing seemed to work. Great customer service and very professional. Jim came to my rescue when I was afraid my computer was hacked and I wanted action fast. He was very fast and efficient. He took the time to explain what had happened and went out of his way to fix a printer issue that I was having. It was comforting to have someone local to come fix the issue.

My old computer was shutting down, putting all the data for my two at-home businesses in jeopardy. Jim quickly assured me that he could build a new computer for me, save my vital files and settings, and have me back on track within days. The REALLY good news is that he did exactly what he said he would do. AND at a reasonable price. He is 100% customer oriented and trustworthy, both of which are especially important for people like me who are not computer savvy but need both a reliable computer and reliable service. Jim was great. Came in an knew just what the problem was with my computer. Went right to work and in now time had it fix. He's price was great also. He is very polite and friendly. And he explained what he was doing and how things was on my computer. I will defiantly being calling him again for any other computer problems I may have. He also seen me on the same day that I called him which was prefect for me.

Found Jim on line and called him. We made an appointment to talk the next morning. After I explained what was happening with my computer, we agreed on a plan. Jim came over to my house about 2 hours later, and checked under the hood of my 8 year old computer, to see if he had the upgrades in stock or would have to order them. He did have the upgrades. He left with my computer. He returned about 2 hours later after finishing the upgrades to enhance speed and performance. He put everything back together and reviewed what he had done. I called Jim on a Saturday morning to schedule an appt to drop my sick computer. Never left the house...Jim came by, diagnosed my computer (it was really old and had been hacked)....I had a new computer by that afternoon. His rates and services are outstanding! Was so impressed with his knowledge...bought a new computer, virus protection and also one-year of remote services. Jim can't be beat!!!! Will trust Jim for all my computer needs and services.
