This clinic is in Costco. I scheduled an appointment online for me and my wife but when I came the guy in the front desk indicated that their "online site" was not working. Then, I asked can you see us? What insurance do you have? MetLife... "We do not take MetLife" and pointed me to a list of insurance they take. I indicated that their clinic is listed as a provider in the MetLife site. "We do not take MetLife". I called MetLife which verified that Obi Vision is providers through another provider and most likely the people that in the front desk DO NOT KNOW

Great doctor, dirty place! Y’all book 15 minute appointments all day at $100+ a pop that’s about $3,000 a day, even if you’re renting the office spend $200 on a new non crusty sink and a deep cleaning once in a while. Or at least some regular cleaning door was entirely covered by dirty hand prints in the morning, clearly not wiped in a long time in a pandemic, everything had a visible layer of old dust

Never come back here again
Last week I got the exam for contact lens here, they gave me the same power (-4) but different BC(8.4) with my old prescription last year in different optical vision (-4 and B.C 8.7) but I did not know that. When I came back home and been trying the lens with new prescription, sometime it makes me not comfortable like before and my vision looked blurred sometime. I wondered why because I thought they were the same with my old prescription last year. Then I compared the new prescription with the old, I saw it were different B.C. I searched on google the meaning of BC and

I would seriously reconsider coming to this place, it's more of a training center for new doctors so they can generate revenue. You'll notice they don't provide a doctor's name on their website ( as of this review). I came here to have my annual exam for contacts and I was given an exam for glasses. Then, to my surprise, they charged me the price for a contact exam.
I let it go and then came back for my follow-up exam and carefully explained to the doctor the contacts did not fit. I couldn't even read the letters on the projection screen, the optometrist actually told me that you'll get use to

I made an appointment with Dr Truong and was told when I arrived that the staff never knows who the optometrist of the day will be. Instead, there was a doctor picking up shifts, and it is no longer possible to make an appointment with a particular doctor. This seemed fine, but they were also out of my trial contact prescription, and now I'm waiting for accurate trials to arrive. The doctor gave me a lesser brand, and now I'm stuck with blurry contacts and unsure if the prescription was correct. Would not recommend this place until you can make an appointment with the doctor of your choice.

I love it that OB vision accepts walk-ins. The Dr is very professional and patient. The front office staff is very courteous. It's easy to forget about this office as it's only seen if you're walking into Costco, but ,anyone looking for affordable, professional and convenient service should make it a point to see ob vision.

I called on Saturday and was able to schedule a visit for the following day.
Upon arrival, I was welcomed as scheduled and was in and out within 30 minutes. My visit entailed an eyeglasses exam, a contact exam, and a screening (something similar to an eye dilation but without the side effects). Also, Dr. Truong was very efficient and thorough. I will be visiting again for my next annual eye exam. My total visit cost $159 -- an absolute steal in my book.

Had an appointment at 2:30pm. Showed up 5 min prior and the store was closed even though posted weekday hours shows open until 6:30pm. No one bothered to call me to let me know store was closed even though i had an appt at 2:30pm. Had to leave work for nothing. At 4:40pm, receptionist called and apologized for the "inconvenience" but the optometrist had an emergency so had to close the store. I asked why didn't someone call me then and she said she didn't have an answer. She finally said, "i already apologized so do you want to reschedule or not?" no thanks

Went there for an eye exam and to get contacts. Doctor was really nice and pricing was reasonable ($99 regular eye exam, might be more for other types).
The office is located to the right of the entrance and you can go inside to order the contact lens. Exam stuff doesn't require Costco membership, but buying the lens in store will require membership.

Love the atmosphere here. The staffs are always friendly and helpful. Prices are really cheap compared to some other places I have been too. The doctors here are great. They truly know what they're doing! Even if they are busy, you can still get an exam done, this just goes to show how quickly and efficient the staff is.
