Let me just say they definitely run it like a low budget business! No compassion, no respect for the person grieving. My heart was breaking watching my mom try and hold her composure while they explained the process in every way but compassionate!! This is the one quality they should not lack!! Trust the reviews!

My most recent experience with the owner and the business was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I lost a loved one this past week, and all of the arrangements made previously were not upheld to a standard on the day of our service. Our flowers were dropped off in pristine condition by our own contracted flower shop and hence there after were mistreated and broken. Our family was hurt and is still grieving, and you would think a business such as this would strive to provide the absolute best service given the circumstances. I do not recommend anyone take their business here, Michael will

We had open casket for our lived one and she didnt look like herself. Ive been to services where they look like they're asleep, not the case with us eventhough services were a couple of days after her passing. They didnt even bother to fix her skin tone or cover incisions. Didn't help arrange music or digital pics. Casket we got through them barely had room for fingers to hold on to it. ( Costco has better pricing). I would not recommend this place.

After losing my mother and father a year apart i was blessed with having this funeral home to deal with. They were kind and compassionate and i was reading what they did for a family whose loved one was left in the funeral home taht went out of business and their compassion overwhelms me. Mike was so good to us. They came out and got both my parents at hospice for no additional charge. I can't thank them enough.

Please please go somewhere else to care for your loved one. I never leave negative reviews, but our experience here was horrific, and I hope to help someone else avoid the painful stress and frustration we experienced. Mike, the owner, was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. He cursed at and argued with my husband when he went to check on why there were so many delays for our daughters cremation. We actually arranged for another funeral home to pick up our daughter and complete her cremation, which was the best decision we could've made. Losing a loved one is hard enough, dealing with

Horrible place to deal with. My aunt died on a Thursday morning it took 2 days for them to pick her up from hospital. Then it took 3 weeks for them to get the doctor to sign off the death certificate. And a week for cremation. I feel over a month is way to long to have to deal with issues. And they blamed everyone else. It should never have taken this long. I will report them.

They are a horrible place to have your loved one taken. Unfortunately, my mom was living in that County in hospice and the caregivers called them. In speaking to them, I SPELLED my mom's name actually 3 times to who I assume to be the son. 3 Times. Then when Mike, the owner, emailed me documents to sign, I corrected it then, as well, and returned the docs with the information. He obviously got the documents, but no response. I was told by the younger man my mom's ashes would be ready the following Tuesday, as she passed away 2 days before Thanksgiving. When I called, Mike answered. When I told
