Services
This year, will be my 30th year in practice in Southwest Florida. I have been taking care of my patients of all ages, from paediatrics to geriatrics: keeping them all healthy, teaching them how to maintain good health, and providing multiple services in one place for diagnostics and treatment. It has been an honor, privilege and my pleasure to have been here and available for my patients always making myself reachable or accessible to them.
The following is a summary of insurance plans we participate with and is subject to change without notice. If we do not participate with your insurance company, we will courtesy file and collect the deductible/co-payments at the time of service. Past due accounts are subject to attorney's fees, court costs, and other costs of collection.

As an individual that works in the medial field i'd like to give a huge thank you to the office and staff. I called yesterday, and the were able to get me in at 3:30 THE SAME DAY. Although i did get there way earlier around 1:00pm then they expected, I was seen within 45 minutes i was there 2.5 hours before my apt time. I'd also like to say they took my concerns seriously, and referred me out to do more tests at two different locations (Radiology & Lab Test). As a patient they listed to me, and are doing as much as possible to help me find my answers. Thank you again.

Used to be one of the best primary care centers around, not sure what happened but I've been laying here with a fever of over 102 trying for 2 hours to call and get through to someone and no one answers the phone, I've tried every extension, and wow in the middle of typing this review they actually called me back how about that, just to tell me that they are actually closed and that their website and Google isn't up to date, very unprofessional, I will not ever be coming back here, I would rather deal with an hour and a half wait at an urgent care that may or may not be able to tell me what's wrong
