These guys always are willing to double check work. I like how they call before any work is done to verify that the cost will be a certain amount and exactly what needs to be done. I have been to Westside twice this month for my car and truck and they fixed all issues i had with great customer service.

Having the same thing done again a third time from a past business in Wenatchee who also broke a wheel hub screw without mention. This new company I'm using is at half the cost, within a couple of hours and no hold ups! By far worth the drive to Yakima and back! What stood out the most in their lobby was a metal cutout of three joining crosses.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Westside Car Care. Since moving to town they have fixed my car twice. Both times the issue was diagnosed and fixed quickly, I got honest info, wasn't upsold on anything, received frequent communication with updates on my vehicle, and they've earned my loyalty as a customer.

Was told by another garage that my "headlight assembly" was broken and would need to be replaced. Took my truck into Westside Car Care and they took care of me in 15 minutes (cause NOTHING WAS BROKEN) and sent me on my way. Awesome service, great people, definitely trusting my rig to Westside Car Care!

I had a check engine light come on and decided to take it to the professionals at westside care car and love the decision to do so. The people working there were amazing at their job and informative.

I was always hesitant to go to a mechanic shop because they tend to rip people off, but Thomas and the staff at Westside Car Care have been reasonably priced and haven't made me feel like I was over paying or treated unfairly. The first time I went here a few months ago, I had taken my car to get some repairs fixed, and they fixed her up like a champ even with how many miles are on it. My second time, on a Friday, my check engine light started flashing and hollering at me so first thing Monday I called Thomas and he was able to get me right in and was able to let me know the issue and how much

I really appreciated West Side Car Care. Very professional and when they were working on my car and noticed something else that needed repaired they called right away and gave me an update with on the spot quote and time-frame. Most times they charged less than they quoted, which was surprising to me cause most other car shops have charged exact amount or higher.
They’re quality is also top-notch.

Well what can I say, this business saved me today, LITERALLY!!!! Thomas and Brad and everyone their goes above and beyond for their clients. I have used them several times before and always had exceptional service but today really was different. My car broke down and I had to have it towed directly to them. I was in a panic because I have kids and fiancé to pick up later and was taking to Thomas about that. He offered to give me the “rental” they have there until my car was figured out. This might be a thing every car place does but that has not been my experience previously. Thomas didn’t
