The are awful about returning calls, they never fix something that is a Condo responsibility in a timely manner, they HORRIBLE about keeping track of the condo fee coming in and it seems like they only deposit checks once a month and also never seem to keep up to date data. I received a bill for October's Condo fee but I sold the condo on 9/24/21! Get with the program folks. If you can avoid any condo where they are the provider.

Hello, this is Frank from the previous review regarding my problem with common charges still being withdrawn from my bank account even though all paid in full when unit was sold in previous month...
**They said they were taking of it all and sending me a check for the full amount of $ 325.05......I sincerely appreciate their attention and follow through........The proper form had just not been filled out and sent to them by the attorney/real estate agent even though the form was available and had all been paid for in advance ..

Stay Clear of this management company and seriously, seriously, seriously be cautious about ever owning or living in a condominium association property under contract using Imagineers, LLC as management company.
****Just one more of my headaches and their thieving negligence over 9 years ? I sold my Plum Tree Heights Bethel, CT 06801 August 11, 2021 with all details of every sort including the fact that all common charges had been paid in full by me for entire month of August on 8/5/2021 of $325.05 monthly per usual auto withdrawal from my bank account. Balance from 8/12/21 to 8/31/2021 prorated

Worst property management. They never call back or answer emails or someone in the office is always off on the day you need them during the week.... already regret living on the property after just 3 months of buying/moving in.

They do not take care of the landscape at all like they should. They walk on you patios when ever they want, don't care about the trash that others put into our trash Ben's and recycle Ben's as well! Only care about there back pockets. They break there own BIBLE LAWS as much as they can. Never rent or own any property if they have a hand in it! Very good on playing favoritism on who they like. Don't care that our loved ones, neighbors, friends live or die with the world pandemic! If there was a star that was here a big minis I would have put that one.

This complaint has been resolved.
As a resident in this community for 13 years, I am appalled by the poor management, bully tactics and lack of communication. Claudia, the property manager, has not addressed any of my concerns.
I have yet to hear back from her. The recent snow plow company is terrible. The company makes noise all night and still has not cleared the snow for parking in front of my unit.
Another member of the community falsely made a report against my partner and Claudia sided with her erroneously. My partner has combo plates which are not commercial plates. I had to educate the

Imagineers hired a roofing company to shovel some roofs in our complex. The company dumped 6 feet of snow against my rear door and windows of my condo leaving all rear exits blocked. Due to the layout of our condo, the rear is the best and really only way to quickly leave if a fire occurred. I called and explained the situation over voicemail(calm and nice). I got a call back telling me that it is not their responsibility even if they did block every rear exit of the condo and that the roofing company will NOT be coming back to address the issue. . If google allowed zero stars, Imagineers name would be listed. This is by far the worst property management company I've ever dealt with. Being a landlord for multiple properties across the country. I would not recommend them as a business or the condominium’s they manage. I don't know where to start with this review but at a high level, the quality, value, responsiveness and professionalism of the staff is sub par. I’ve had multiple issues that are consistently ignored from the staff. I follow the appropriate channels of communication(email and their online portal) to report common HOA issues

TERRIBLE! Imagineers replaced my PM company where my rental unit is in Countrywood Hills. I was notified by mail to the rental unit except I do not live there and never received any notices so I continued to pay my HOA fees to the old company (who was much better than Imagineers). My check was returned because it was never deposited because I sent it to the old company. Rather than call or use the correct mailing address they sent me to collections! I now have to pay legal fees and a fine to this company all because they did not do their due diligence. JoAnn is a very rude, condescending piece

Worst property maintenance company. Takes forever for anyone to respond to you if you ever need help. No one ever available when you call. They may get back to you weeks later but never help. Lady in accounting was not helpful. Charged me 4 months of late fees but never notified there was a problem the first month. Totally dissatisfied with their services. Absolute worst customer service. I would give zero stars if possible.

These folks are the WORST!!! Stay away from any apartment complex or condo community they are managing! They are not only NOT RESPONSIVE, they cut every corner they can! For a simple re0set of an air conditioning unit they took 4 days in sweltering heat--despite repeated calls and emails. These are the worst I've seen....
and that's saying a lot! I think our condo complex contracted with them because we are going broke and they were low bid...

Agree with the last couple of reviewers. They employees don't answer inquiries in a timely manner, if at all. They act surprised when you point out that an issue has been outstanding for weeks. Interoffice communication is poor based on my experience. The employees clearly don't have any incentive to be helpful or innovative. If I were on the board of my condo association I would start preparing an RFP and find a replacement.

Would not recommend this property management at all. Poor response from property manager who is very degrading to owners, there are large holes on the property the past 2 years and several work orders and still holes.

Horrible!!! two years a request has been in to fix a drain gutter, no in the freezing temperatures, the ice threatens to break my slider- but OH! I get message, work order in pace but NOTHING HAPPENS!

Not good. I never get a response when I send an email with a question or a concern or problems at the residence, which has happened many times over the year. My roof needed work for several years and I never got a response or a general timeframe for when it would be fixed. I've been with the association for 15 years and they threatened to fine me $25 a month if I don't sign a paper saying I live there, when nothing has changed. The CT grill laws say detached one- and two- family dwellings and "multiple single-family dwellings attached side-by-side (townhouse) not more than three
