Welcome to Judd Square Condominiums --- one of Connecticut's nicest, most accessible and affordable residential condo complexes. We are conveniently located in historic downtown Wallingford. Unlike other condos, if you don't drive --- or just don't feel like it --- restaurants, bars, shops, salons and parks are just steps away.

All of which makes Judd Square perfect for couples, families, young professionals, empty-nesters, and singles, of all ages. There is easy access to Amtrak service, as well as the Wilbur Cross Parkway and I-91, making our condos an ideal purchase for those seeking a shorter commute. This circa 1877 factory building complex was converted for residential use in 1989.
Services
Judd Square Condominiums began life in 1877 as a metal works factory --- the H. L. Judd Manufacturing Company. Over the next hundred years it evolved as a maker of brass ware, drapery hardware and armaments during World War II, until 1989 when it became one of central Connecticut's most anticipated industrial-to-residential conversions.
Judd Square offers you all the comforts of home, because that's what we are --- a home to Wallingford residents looking for the ease of a condo lifestyle. A life where snow shoveling, yard work and many repairs don't have to eat up your leisure time. Wallingford is located between New Haven and Hartford, and is home to more than 45,000 residents. The town is also home to a variety of industries, major corporations and institutions, including Choate Rosemary Hall, Gaylord and Masonicare health care facilities, and hundreds of small businesses and shops that allow Wallingford to retain its New England country flavor.
To purchase a condo unit at Judd Square Condominiums start by calling Quality Realty, our managing agent, for advice, details and to answer any of your questions about becoming a Judd Square homeowner. Whether you are obtaining a Federal Housing Administration (FHA) insured loan or not, a condominium being "FHA Approved" reflects an important standard in real estate.
