My boss called and said he needed help . said he would pick me up . he did and he brought me to sparks Mobil home park to fix a plumbing leak. Although leak was in a tough spot. Had to dig by hand. While digging there were 4 kids from park. It was nice to see that these children were well mannered stayed out of the way asked me if they could do or get anything for me. Just real good kids ... I was still digging when the parents got home from work the father of the boys come to where I was digging with a cold bottle of water and thanked me for the hard work. So with that said . I would have to say

My husband and I lived in our RV for 10 months, residing in the park are some of the kindest people we have ever met, from the park manager Debra to the handyman Greg. They made us feel very welcome treated us like family! I would recommend to anyone looking for an extended or short term stay. The laundry was always kept clean, and everyone had a smile to share, couldnt have asked for a better temporary home!!!

I've lived here for about 6 months. The staff is friendly and helpful and available when needed. The recent improvements are greatly appreciated! The dog run area is a wonderful addition to the park. The laundry area is clean. The location is convenient too, with many local businesses to meet my family's needs.

Nice management but this is mostly a residential park. There are very few RV's. The sites are very close and the park is on the corner of 2 of the busiest streets in Sparks. We didn't have a good night's sleep the 4 weeks we were there.

We have lived here for 6 yrs. And unfortunately I am handicapped ♿ .
When I first moved here I was a lot more mobile. Today not so much. There is no ramps to the office, laundry room or the mailboxes. So I have to have my teenage daughter do things that I could do myself if there was any ramps. And just more accessible for people with disabilities like me.

Yes it is an old park right in town. However, it is a fit for now. Everything is pretty much full around here park wise (summer). Lucky to get this spot. Was greeted with a smile very nice& sweet lady. Super helpful on telling me about different stores and such in this area. Park has older and new campers. Very quiet park other than the airplanes landing and leaving. Spots are tight.

Nice quiet place to stay in your RV or travel trailer. Short term or long. Quiet time is 8pm to 8am. There is no trouble here that I have seen or heard, just good folks and well behaved pets. Debbie is an awesome manager. Follow the park rules, "BE COURTEOUS" to your neighbors and you will have a very good experience here.

Some of the neighbors have been a bit unkind, to say the least. But the manager, the manager's family & the maintenance man are such wonderful, kind, helpful people. We are so thankful for this. As for the community here, it's much bigger than we expected & the maintenance man does a fantastic job of keeping everything around here clean & in order.
