Leah has truly inspired me to do the proactive work to take care of my skin so I can preserve my youthfulness as long as possible! I am a mom of 2 and don’t have time for a crazy face regiment and she hooked me up with the minimal amount of products to get the biggest bang for my youthful look! Leah is the absolute best when it comes to lashes!! They look so natural, last a long time and she will customize them to how you like them. The investment is totally worth it if you want to look in the mirror every morning and say "wow, my lashes look great...there isn't much more I need to do!"

Lovely spot!! I felt confident about their covid precautions- It's a super clean studio, they're taking temps at the door, everyone is masked! I had the "brows on fleek" done by Celina. She was so sweet and personable. I had never had brow tinting before, and she made my brows look clean and natural!

Leah and her team have always done an amazing job with my favorite service of “Eyebrows on Fleek”. I decided to try the new Keratin Lash Infusion Lift & Tint, and I was absolutely blown away. My eyelashes appeared healthier, softer, and fuller - LOVE this product! I cannot say enough good things about Leah and the wonderful ladies at Uptown Charm. I highly recommend going here. They really do listen to your skin concerns and make honest recommendations on what will work for you.

My brows are often an afterthought & I never knew their full potential until I purchased the Brows on Fleek - Tint & Wax service. Leah is very attentive! I could tell that she really takes pride in her work & genuinely wants all of her customers to feel/look great. I will recommend Uptown Charm to anyone who will listen! I worked here last year so I'm a little biased, but I absolutely love Uptown Charm! Leah is amazing - she's extremely friendly and welcoming, and my lashes have never looked better than when she did them. The spray tans are also top notch - I've gotten at least a few dozen from here and I can't name a single time I ever left looking orange or streaky (which for a fair gal like myself is huge, since even the best spray tan studios will leave me looking a little off at least once or twice). They just couldn't get my lashes as full as I would like. Lovely place, friendly staff, but after two visits, I still just didn't have the voluminous look that I like.

Leah did an amazing job! I sent an email requesting a refill for my lashes, which Were done at another salon. My lashes were falling off and i needed a refill for an event that I was in town for.
Leah called me the following day and was very attentive and knowledgeable. I LOVE her work and will definitely come back to Uptown Charm for my lashes when I'm back in town. My lashes look amazing!!!

Went here for a full eyelash extension and while it did the job initially for the first few days and no matter how much I took care of them exactly as told they would fall out constantly. I even purchased the recommended items to care for my faux eyelashes. During our conversation there she seemed to not believe what I had to say about myself she was asking me questions like I was being interrogated. This place is so cute! Its a little old house on Magazine on the outside, but the inside is so glam (think sequin check-in desk with glitter counters) and the receptionist was super nice! I had scheduled an appointment on the website that morning, which was so quick and easy. I scheduled with Alexis, who was so sweet and professional. She discussed with me what shade of tan I was looking for, and when I told her I wanted it pretty dark, she told me she would do my tan and if it wasn't dark enough to come back the following day and she would darken it for free. I have come here multiple times to get the rapid spray tan and am never disappointed with the results. Appointments are easy to book online and they usually have good availability even if you wait to day of. The workers are all nice and talkative and make the experience not awkward at all. Only downside is it is a bit expensive at 60 dollars but in my opinion still worth doing for special occasions.

I went to uptown Charm bc they do novalash. I went for a refill.. the quality seemed fine. I went the following week for a touch up for a more "glam" look. I went on vacation for 3 weeks and when I came back they were all off. I explained to Leah that I didn't apply much make up during my vacay. Leah decided that i needed a full set. Extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism the owner claims to have. I was sprayed eight days ago and within two days had weird patches missing. I've been being spray tanned for over 5 years and never had this happen. I took photos that day. By yesterday, I looked like I had some weird skin rash. So I went here to get a spray tan, it was my first time so I wanted to try this place out. I had a girl name Anastasia. The day before my appointment, I exfoliated and shaved (like you're suppose to) so my tan can go on evenly! My appointment was for 1 PM, I got there around 1250.. didn't get seen till roughly 1:20 PM. She instructed me to remove my clothing, which I did and we did the spray tan.

My favorite place for amazing brows. I walk here from my house and pass no less than half a dozen other places that I could have my brows done; however, this place is worth the extra walk. I have never felt rushed here like I have at other waxing studios. Leah takes her time to give great results. Booking is quick and painless - both online and over the phone - and the the place has a nice, comfortable, spa-like atmosphere.

Uptown Charm is my go-to! I mainly receive rapid spray tans which can be rinsed in a couple hours!!! and I'm even tanner the next day. If you want eyelash extensions, you must see Leah! The atmosphere at Uptown Charm combined with Leah's warm personality and skill made the process enjoyable. I have received so many compliments on my eyelashes since getting them. They have stayed on well. I just went back for a refill and my second trip was even more enjoyable!
