In 2000, I started my training in different modalities of Energy Work such as Reiki, Pranic Healing, Access Bars Therapy and Radiestesia. Later, I became as Massage Therapist and graduated from The American Institute in Florida, specializing in Colon Hydrotherapy.
Constantly looking for tools to help others, I obtained my certification in Medical Biomagnetism, while studying under the director and owner of Medical Biomagnetism School in Mexico, Dr. Rolando Bravo.Through my love of the holistic field and learning, I am also trained in Aromatherapy, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Rain Drops with Essential Oils, Cupping, Auricular Therapy and Bio-Feedback / Bio-Resonance Therapy.

I have been visiting Colonic Center of Miami over the last five years. Not only do I believe that having a colonic (regularly, once about every 2 months if you are healthy), it is great for your health as you detoxify and feel amazing immediately after, but, Alicia, the Owner, (who who is amazing in every way), makes experience for her clients very comfortable!
Before, during and after the colonic, she will educate you on the process and how you are progressing. She is very knowledgeable, educated and skilled

This was my 2nd time getting a colonics. 1st time went somewhere else and hated it!!! Decided to try it again and after reading all these positive reviews decided to make appointment. So glad I did. Clean, professional and they make an awkward situation seem like it's no big deal. I had the guy ( forget his name) but he was awesome !!!!!! So professional , knew what he was doing . A+

Top notch facility & service. I have had several colonics including the Angel Water system at other facilities & this was the best by far. Catalina did a thorough medical questionnaire which is extremely important for this service. I was so impressed that I purchased 2 more sessions in advance. Needless to say, this is the ultimate detox & I felt great. Furthermore, the facility is welcoming and immaculate & only 1 guest is serviced by appointment. 10 stars

This was truly a great experience. She was so friendly and nice she actually did feel like family. Not at one moment that I feel uncomfortable with the process. She explained everything in detail make sure to give me all types of options and everything went smooth. That's all you could ask for or going into do a procedure like that especially for the first time. I'll definitely go back to her since I've started the relationship and feel very comfortable there. Inside is very clean.

Catalina's office is small but very clean which is extremely important considering the services she provides. The building she's located in looks interesting from the outside but inside it's very professional and well kept. She explains everything to you before you start and gives you insight into what she see. She definitely has a hands on approach if You want privacy She will also provide that for You. She also provides follow up recommendation based on your results. She aims to make you comfortable. This was a great experience and I will definitely go back to her and use her

Catalina is the most compassionate human being on the planet. I was having major digestive issues and she not only called me to follow up on how I was feeling, but upon hearing that I was hospitalized, got in touch w my mom and followed up with her on my progress. I found Colonics 4 You in the internet and really appreciated reading the reviews before making an appointment. But Catalina is even more than a impecable and good service. She has a lot knowledge and takes time to explain the process and be a good resource of information depending your situation. And that it's incredible valuable these days. I've been dealing with Candida for couple of years and it's bit a little bit overwhelming trying to understand all of it. There's so many amazing things I could say about Catalina and her treatments so I'll just start with this... SHE IS AN ABSOLUTE ANGEL!!!! Not only was her place calming and serene, her demeanor and energy is so soothing you feel like you're home. I got the Angel Therapy. The treatment immediately made me feel better and lighter. I would definitely do this again. I also got a Ion Foot Bath and Catalina was able to tell me so much about what toxins I was excreting and what is going on inside my body without me telling her. I suffer from bad IBS and am excited as to what this treatment

I had a wonderful experience! I've had colonics done in the past but Catalina was extremely knowledgeable about colonics and progressed me throughout. The ambiance of her office is very personable and it feels like her attention is only on you and your experience. She allowed me space when I needed it and comfort and reassurance. A wonderful balance. She placed a heating pad on the seat which I felt was an added comfort that I never received before. Simple pleasantries like a held massager, resting music, aroma therapy and lighting went a long way. I would absolutely come again!

It is incredibly difficult for anyone to make an admittedly uncomfortable situation very tolerable and, yes, comfortable. Catalina has mastered that! The whole experience is a win-win all around. For being my first colonic experience, I am truly, truly happy I chose Catalina (Colonics 4 You). I have wanted to do a colonic for many years but my intimidation kept me from getting one and I'm glad I came across this place. This place is very clean and super cozy. Catalina's practice is nice and clean, at a very convenient location of Hallandale area. She is very professional and knowledgeable with her expertise. As a medical professional myself , I feel confident with her care.
She has both opened and closed system colonic therapy. Not so many colonic practices have that option in Florida. I highly recommend her to anybody.

Catalina was so amazing during my treatment. She answered all of the questions I had and gave me advice. She was very gentle, kind and patient. She made me feel at ease and she definitely knew what she was doing. She even offered me some essential oils to relax me during & tea and a snack at the end.
The place itself was a little hard to find, you will see a Barnets store and you just turn into the parking lot there. You can park there and walk up towards 2nd street and you will see an entrance facing 2nd st. The office is cozy and comforting. Very clean and had soothing spa music playing

Catalina is amazing and makes me feel comfortable. She is professional and works hard and follows up with me later in the evening to make sure I feel better. Colonics is something new for me as,a business owner, our clients are always telling us about places and things to try.
