We used Joy McWilliams as our buyers agent. She was fantastic. We drug her all over the Denver metro area and she was always available with a great attitude.
In the end, we found a beautiful home. Joy went to bat for us during the purchase process, and when things didn't 100% work out with the sellers, Joy went out of her way to make sure the house was in beautiful shape for us to move in.

Bob and his team were very responsive the first time I called and left a message. I was calling from out of state and he set up a portal that helped us narrow down the area where we wanted to live in our price range. Every day we would get updates on new homes for sale. Osgood Team Real Estate and Dr. Bob Osgood were a life saver for us. We had listed our home in Parker, Colorado last April with another real estate agent, and it turned out to be a mistake. We realized that she had not completed a market analysis and because of the error in pricing, there had only been seven showings in six months. Bob and Leanne took care of everything and every detail pertaining to the sale of our home and it sold in about a week. They included a stager to give us advice on home presentation. The stager provided a plethora of props. I.E. plants, lamps, miscellaneous décor to make the house more appealing to the general public. An open house was held immediately upon hitting the market which resulted in a couple offers. There was great communication from start to finish. They really understand the local housing market and trends and we would recommend them to anyone selling their home in the Parker area

It has been a privilege to work with Bob and Leanne on the purchase of a second home in the mountains. Bob and Leanne have gone out of their way to make us feel supported and respected to make the right decision for our family. We have appreciated their time and energy and always going above and beyond. When our loan fell out about mid-way thru the transaction - it was Leanne that jumped in and got us to a new loan agent who actually had us approved and thru underwriting in 3.5 days.
