We had a problem with a scooter that was desperately needed by a patient - with some persistence the problem was handled immediately and they sent someone out right away to the house to help, along with follow-up phone call.

Polite and compassionate workers .Meets customers needs and takes time for the elderly. Especially when the elderly has a slower mobility at times answering the door . The setting up of the equipment is efficently and with any questions ask they try to be answered promptly. Always greeted with a smile presenting customers deliveries. Family owned bussines is a huge plus.

My experience with Bailey's has been outstanding. My father was in a facility. I knew nothing about anything when it came to insurance and medical equipment. When I got there I was about to have a mental breakdown. Sara and Daisy greeted me with smiling faces and assured me they would take care of me and my father. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. They took the time to explain everything to me and calmed me down. I left the store feeling much better. I would recommend Bailey's to anyone who wants number one patient care!!!

Spoke with the owner by phone, he gave me a reasonable quote for items that insurance would not cover. Went in 2 days later and dealt with the rudest, most unprofessional girl who basically told me the man I "supposedly" spoke with would not have quoted me those prices. She then told he was out of town daily and I had to order through her. Did not sound legit to me. I will take my business elsewhere.

Unprofessional and offensive staff. Group of workers loudly laughing and making inappropriate sexist and racial jokes. My elderly patient was very offended.
