Service with a smile, courtesy, patience, understanding and creative solutions is what we received from John and his staff. June sent along a bag of other things we may need. The thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated, as she anticipated needs for our aging family member, that we didn't realize we would need. Such wonderful service on such short notice and on a major holiday at that. We cannot say enough positive things. We recommend Affordable Medical Supply without reservation!

Please everyone needs to read this.. it was my first time going here to pick up a wheel chair for myself because I have a broken fibula and tibia the customer service was more than amazing the owners are incredible they made me feel like I was a king I didn’t have to lift a finger they brought everything to me and made sure I had the best of the best to fit my needs I’m 6,4 200lbs and they went beyond expectations to make sure they put me in the right wheel chair I will recommend this place to everyone and anyone who needs medical supplies. I have never wrote a bad review on anything, but I would stay away from this store. I bought a oxygen machine last year, and 2 weeks before the 1 year warranty was up we were having problems with the machine. I call the owner June and she would not called me back so I took it to local license oxygen store. He’s ran the machine and something was wrong and he did not even open the machine as she excused me of and told me warranty was void. I end having to get with manufacture who then repair the machine, but my husband was without machine for week. So if you buy something with one year warranty

I have come here often and have always felt like family from the moment walking through the door, you are greeted with a smile. Brian is the absolute best! We have so much gratitude and sincere appreciation for June and her husband, John. We called a ton of places in Miami and none of them were willing to assist us. Our father suffered a double stroke and we were absolutely desperate for help. As soon as I called affordable medical supply, they took their time to look for the equipment that we needed to support our father. June was able to find the equipment needed at a reasonable price. When we went to the store she took her time to teach us on various materials and equipment that would be best to support our father. She wasn't trying to sell us

I highly recommend this place! I have been trying to get my 3yr old daughter a wheelchair and I must have called every medical supply company in the tri county area and all of the pediatric wheelchairs were out of stock. When I called them, I spoke with a lady (one of the owners) and she was so pleasant and you could just tell that she genuinely wanted to help. She had 1 pediatric wheelchair available for rent and told us to come and pick it up. When she told me that, my eyes teared up with joy and relief! Her and her husband greeted us and they were both so pleasant and really just good hearted

My husband and I came in to purchase a Flex-a-Bed for my parents. I'd already researched the product and was pretty sure I wanted it. June was so very helpful. She walked me through everything I needed to know. She helped me through the ordering process. Delivery was seamless, set up was great, and the service was incredible.

Stopped by for CPAP supplies and there was an older woman ahead of me talking to a Male worker. She was not the easiest customer but when the man went over to a display to look for something, he dropped an F bomb. No apology or anything. I dont know if he was the owner or manager but that is not acceptable. He was also not wearing a mask when there's a sign on the door telling customers that they must wear one. I just decided to leave and go elsewhere with my business. I will not be going back. I dont recommend them.

After an accident while out of town, I contacted June at Affordable Medical Supply and she couldn’t have been any kinder or more compassionate. She promised she would have the necessary equipment as soon as I returned home and not only was she on time, but she had included other supplies that I hadn’t thought of but were much needed. She knows her “stuff”. If you are looking for fast service and compassionate care, Affordable Medical is for you. The entire team is ready to help your every needs. On a scale from 1-10, I give them a 12. Cannot be beat.
