Services
The fees in our office are based on the care, skill, and judgement necessary to help treat your condition. The fee for your particular treatment will be discussed fully prior to treatment. The patient's portion is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, credit cards and also assist patients in obtaining outside financing through sources such as DENTAL FEE PLAN and CARE CREDIT.
A personalized program of care is helpful in maintaining healthy gums. The key word is: maintenance therapy. By exercising proper home care and having frequent periodontal maintenance treatments, you will help protect your periodontal health. Since periodontal disease is a chronic condition like diabetes, it is helpful to establish an ongoing program to maintain the improvements achieved during active treatment.
This otherwise healthy 23 year old presented to our office with advanced gingival recession on her side and back teeth. She had recently started dating and her boyfriend mention that she should get it "checked out before she starts losing her teeth." We determined that it would be prudent to treat her left side first, as this side has more recession and exposed roots than does her right side.
This 27 year old female presented to our office with the chief complaint that she did not like her "gummy smile". She reports that she has been bothered by the excessive amount of gum tissue her whole life. She indicates that she is pleased with the appearance of her teeth, but desires to show less gum tissue when she smiles, laughs and speaks.
This 23 year old female presents with two complaints regarding her smile. She is unhappy with the appearance of her front tooth that was previously restored with a porcelain fused to metal restoration. She feels like her smile is unbalanced.
After consulting with her restorative dentist regarding our findings and the patient's desires, we presented the following treatment plan: a hard tissue crown lengthening on her right side to match the length that she has on the left followed by veneers on teeth #4-13.This otherwise healthy, active 13 year old male presents with Gingival Hyperplasia as a result of his less than idea oral hygiene and his orthodontic appliances.

Dr Alex Bankhead is a total fraud. He is a regular at the gas station I work at, so obviously he knows I don't have big money. Said he was "all about" paying it forward and said he would fix my teeth for free. I don't cry ever but he got me. Took molds for free but 6 grand to fix my teeth. I cried again. To get crushed after he said he would do it for free was almost worse. He showed me pics of his million dollars worth in cars too. Guess u gotta be that type of AH to have money and don't know what pay it forward really means. I have nothing but hate for him

I had such a great experience during my consult with Dr. Bankhead. Their office was extremely clean and inviting. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite and made the experience very comforting. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the best service out there. They even have free frozen yogurt that is delicious!

I'm not quite done with all my dental work, but I will say this... I love this office. If you want quality work, and I mean the best go see Dr. Bankhead. The office staff is great, the atmosphere is professional and very clean and nice. He doesn't just dive into your mouth. He studies your case and goes about it with only the utmost care and time.

Just drove from Las Vegas to Provo to see this doctor.
It was well worth the drive for the professional, caring, friendly service from Dr Bankhead and his staff.
From start to finish my consultation and procedure was stress free. The staff even made sure I got to a nearby hotel safely. A nice plus was the ice cream machine in the office for the patients!
Needless to say the savings to my pocketbook was a huge reason to see ( and drive) to Utah. I only wanted the most necessary work done AND keep my own tooth. Dr Bankhead did so.... and saved me $3000 that would not be covered by my insurance
