Casper Funeral Home is a wonderful combination of old world courtesy, care with personalized service and modern day convenience of being able to do most of the paperwork online! I lost my Mom earlier in this month. She absolutely wanted a "no frills" cremation and Casper went out of its way to accommodate her wishes. They picked up the body within an hour of Hospice notifying them and Ken Casper, the owners son, personally came down to do so, It is little details like this that one remembers. The communication was excellent as also the process of collecting her remains. Thank you for being so efficient

Casper Funeral deals with the difficult business of loss with compassion, integrity, and professionalism. I have used their services twice, the first time for my father's cremation in 2015 and more recently for my brother's in 2021. Both times I coordinated the process from across the country and found them to be incredibly accommodating, efficient, and supportive. All of the necessary forms are online and they are very responsive to inquiries. Not only do they offer the best price, but they went above and beyond to help out our family. They were even able to mail my brother's ashes to my home

We lost my father suddenly around 8:30pm and had nothing ready for his departure from us. I was able to schedule a pick up of my dad and have everything set in minutes. They were very caring & helpful in that difficult time. Received my father's ashes about 3 days later with death certificate, burial certificate so I could have his ashes buried if we wanted. Very professional. I would recommend them to everyone.

My excellent experience with Casper started off with a phone call at dawn. I had just learned of my best friend's death, and I was calling to try to make arrangements for a cremation. I expected to leave a message on voicemail and then fret about the situation until someone called me back, BUT, a human being answered the phone! At dawn! I was so relieved. A calm and gentle voice guided me through what I had to do. I was assured that Casper Services would be with me throughout the process - and they were! When my husband passed away I was in a state of shock. Thankfully my sister helped me find Casper Funeral & Cremation. They were so compassionate and loving I felt very secure that my husband was going to be treated with the utmost respect. We lost my grandmother because of COVID-19 and we didn't have the chance to go and see her at the hospital and to say our last goodbyes. We also didn't knew if it will be possible to transport her ashes to Bulgaria which is our home country. Mr Casper handled the situation with a great professionalism and compassion to our family. He explained to us how the process works to the very last detail and he also made it possible to transfer my grandmother's ashes to Bulgaria.
