Please don’t ever get a pedicure here. One of the older ladies use the callus greater to get the dead skin off my side toes and she cut off a pretty decent cut off. I was in so much pain even now, and my honeymoon is days away at the beach..I am sorry upset. This does not happen and should never happen. The lady Hannah who did my nails was great and the rest were understanding and didn’t make me pay for the pedicure.

1st visit: got cut 3 times on pedicure bc she was so focused on listening to another employee that she wasnt looking at my feet. 2nd visit: visibly dirty wine glass.When I said I was not comfortable drinking out of that glass she begin to speak in her language and then the other staff turned and looked at me🤔 3rd visit: black gel polish not taken all the way off, cut cuticle and overpriced. She apologized showing she knew it wasnt right but still collected full price pay. Took an hour to be waited on and finally complete. Basic gel manicure on natural nails.I will not be back.

I was recently looking for a new salon that's closer to home to do my nails. I found them on Google. They are amazing. Very clean salon, and friendly staff. She did my nails exactly the way I requested. I will definitely be returning. I'd like to edit my review... What I have started to notice about creative nail lounge is, no matter how long my nails are they always charge me the extra $5 for "long"nails, and on top of the extra $5 they forced me to add an 80 cent tip. For a service they told me was $35 at the beginning ended up costing me $40.80. I tried to x out every time it said $40.80, and

The only reason why I’m giving a 2 is because I have been here before and had a great experience. Today was not the case. The gel manicure I was given was not good at all. The simple line design is sloppy, and my nails feel rough and I have good strong nails due to being on prenatal vitamins. The polish is bleeding into one another and it is just not good.

I get mixed service here. Some days it’s top notch and absolutely perfect. Other days I leave feeling disappointed because of how my nails look. Today, I got just a basic dip manicure, no acrylic. My nails are all different shapes when I asked for rounded edges. She said I was done but I had dried dip stuck around multiple fingers and wrinkle like texture on almost every nail from her not waiting for the clear coat to dry and applying cuticle oil.. I genuinely love coming here but I waited more than 45 min just to leave with mediocre results. The ladies are very kind and I hope my next trip yields
