Excellent customer service before AND AFTER your purchase. I emphasize after because this is where most companies fail (after they get your money). I also appreciate the fact that phones are answered by a human lol on the first ring, automated systems are the worst when you’re busy.

The people don't want truck drivers inside of office. You got to call at 8am. That's if your able to get through because they don't like to communicate well. Parking is on a very busy small street. And of course the impatience drivers with no courtesy, respect, nor common sense drive past you and dock into a door or block up the whole street. Nicole is ride and does not like to communicate well unless she wants or knows you. Parking a tractor trailer inside is very difficult because you have employee card in the way and confined small spaces.
