I bought a freezer with a one-year warrant from Stuart. 3 months later, it broke. Stuart said he would send me a new freezer. It's been six months and still no freezer. Stuart has dodged my calls, and threatened me when I was able to reach him. My attorney is getting involved. Do not trust this company.

I work at an African Market in GA we were sold a freezer by Knox that did not work properly. I contacted him thru email and text and never heard from him. As far as I know, the owner did as well. We are very disappointed to be treated this way. Here are some pictures of the issue we have with this freezer.

Sold me a 3 door cooler with a 1 year warranty. It died in two months. he sent a service tech after 4 weeks who said the repair would cost more than the unit was worth. He agreed to replace the unit by January 15th. that has come and gone. now 11 weeks later I still have no cooler and the local hvac company he sent out is dunning me for a $500 service call that he ordered.
