I ordered flowers to be delivered this morning. It was not until I called at 6:30pm to see when it would be delivered was I told that they could not fulfill my order. This was for a birthday and I don't appreciate they had not reached out to me or refunded me until I called. Terrible service. They also told me my refund would take 3 to 5 days.

Had a good experience. This was my first time putting an online order for flowers and I was nervous because I live in a different city. I ordered a dozen white roses and they were delivered the next day. A woman named Tina reassured me she would send the driver back in the evening when it cooled off. She didn’t want the flowers waiting in the sun in 100 degree weather as nobody was home. Tina made sure to send me a picture of the roses that got delivered later that evening. Awful place. My step mother had passed and I live hours away. I wanted to send flowers to my father as soon as possible. I opted for sassy stems because of their advertising to provide same day delivery. They waited 2 hours before calling me to say they would not deliver until the following day. It left me with no time to find another shop in time for same day delivery. I will never use sassy stems nor would I recommend them. Terrible service.
