Wes' did such an amazing job making my 25th anniversary extra special by recreating this mum.from my husband. He's in Iraq, so couldn't be home to celebrate, but between this and them handwriting a note that he emailed them was the icing on the cake. This brought back so many memories and was so amazing, thank you!!

A dear friend was so sweet to send us this flower arrangement after my Aunt passed away. The vibrant colors of the beautiful flowers helped cheer us up. I love sunflowers so that was a really nice touch. Sometimes there are flower arrangements that are only pretty from the front view. This arrangement was gorgeous from all sides, which was a nice perk.

The moment I stepped into the floral shop I was hit with such an arrowmatic beautiful sights of so many gorgeous bouquets of flowers and the customer service was so excellent and yes one on one assistance will be provided to every patron. I ordered an bouquet teddy bear and candy for me and my girlfriends one year anniversary, they said it would be delivered by 20 am the next day as a fact it was delivered by 8am, so GREAT! !! . I'll always choose this local floral shop over everyone else.

July 3, 2021, I hosted a rehearsal dinner for my son and his fiancé at Baily's in Old Town Temecula. I had specifics for how and what kind of flowers I wanted as centerpieces. Because I live far away, Brenda, the mgr, captured all that I wanted in a phone call and without breaking my budget. When I arrived at the restaurant and saw how the flowers and their layout enhanced everything, I experienced a watery-eyed moment of utter joy. Sooo I stopped by the shop Monday after work right before closing. The staff were so sweet and helpful in getting me the flowers I wanted. See below... I got everything handled and set up the delivery for the next day. Tuesday came and the flowers were delivered flawlessly! Thank you!

This review is way overdue. This florist is fantastic, I order flowers for my clients on a regular basis. They usually deliver same day and the quality of the flowers is unbeatable. I used to use another local florist who were overpriced and their flowers never lasted. Everyone that works here is pleasant and helpful and mistakes are never made. Don't bother looking elsewhere, this place is the best.

My husband was super excited to surprise me with flowers delivered to our door on our 10 year anniversary. I was super excited when I received them but when my husband saw them he was really upset. He said they looked nothing like what he was expecting. The pictures speak for themselves. They put so much extra greenery to make it seem like a huge arrangement and what's worse is some of the flowers already arrived shriveled up.

Currently deployed and wanted to send my wife some flowers for her birthday, very upset with what she was given. Ordered the best option and she received flowers that were already wilting and looked nothing like the picture on the website, did not even have half of the flowers from the standard option. You could get better quality from someone selling roses on the side of the road for less. Paid $112 for flowers that look like they came out of a neighbors unkept garden. Save your money and don't order from this place.

By far the best flower shop I've ever been in. Excellent customer service, professional, friendly and very attentive. They have plenty of all sorts of flowers to choose from. The first time I ordered flowers from Wes' Flowers was back in 2017 when my friend's daughter broke her arm and we wanted to send over some well wishes, we ordered the "Pick-Me-Up Bouquet". Fast forward to 2020 with the pandemic and not being able to have social gatherings, sending gifts and flowers have become the new norm for helping family and friends celebrate special occasions. For our friend's birthday during the pandemic, we ordered the "Happy Blooms Basket" to be delivered the day after Christmas, and Wes' Flowers always delivers our order on time

I was having a few problems ordering on their website, so I gave them a call & ordered some "get well" flowers for a friend. It was just as quick & easy to order on the phone and the lady was so sweet & efficient. It was even on a Sunday and they were delivered only 2 hours after I called to order! They were beautiful & looked exactly as pictured. Amazing customer service! These are called the "Pink Dream" bouquet.

Order online was having issues ordering but finally went through. Flower did get delivered next day and early with no issues.. was a little disappointed with the way arrangement came out was different not as full and missing flower or different ones used.. still a nice arrangement but not exactly same.. I guess shouldn't expect the same exact arrangement.
