During his tenure as a central office technician, he was directly responsible for (or involved in) central office switching equipment; telecommunications equipment for Walworth County Government (among others); voice/data applications; building sound systems; emergency generators and backup power systems; and much more.
DATA RECOVERY: Many times, data may be recovered in our shop. However, there are instances where the defective drive is completely non-functional and needs to go to a professional recovery lab (clean-room). We have partnered with Gillware, a world-class engineering company located in Madison, Wisconsin, for this type of data recovery.

Was at first going to use Geek Squad but I've had issues with their service. Contacted RK and was impressed with Bob's responses to my concerns about security and his answers to my questions on my data transfer details and availability to do the work. Fair price and follow up issues why me. ere handled in a timely manner and with total satisfaction.
