I presented Tom with a real challenge. We had an engraving machine that would not work with our new computer. Tom spent many hours getting to the bottom of this issue. I am amazed that he did not give up and got everything going again. It was a real headache but Tom came through. There were several troubling issues that he worked out as well. We have some very old peripherals so again we really challenged him. All in all we are very happy with the service.

I have many times asked for assistance from Any Key Computer Services from downloading the Windows 10, to eliminating hackers from my computer. They are very patient and with the ability to remote access my computer, I have only needed them out for a few occasions, the rest is remotely handled. Their contract rate is very reasonable. It takes a lot of stress of me.

Tom Riggs is always knowledgeable and helpful. When we finish talking, my problem is always solved! I don't know how he does it, but he is always there when I need him. Most of the time, he handles my issue remotely which definitely saves time. His rates are also the best. I don't know what I would do without him.
