Local Hometown bank. Have had an account with them since I was 13yrs old and am quite a bit older now. Recently opened an account, expect to spend to receive checks, which isn't the norm. theses days. On the Plus side, the fee's easily result in savings in the long run.
Pros: Local, flexible if account is low and you need certain exceptions.
Cons: Can't compete with larger banks offering discounts on certain items and points systems. They don't try to either, It's not who they are.

I have two banks I use. PNC and this one. This one is local, but you get what comes with that. I have had more problems over the years at this bank with debit cards being inaccessible due to being compromised in some security scare and such. They cancel it and tell you about it days later after you found out the hard way. It is a pain to access online.
PNC is VERY efficient about notifying you if unusual charges appear on your card. These guys are not.
If you have said security issue with card, there is no one to call about why your card doesn't work - you have to call during business
