When someone is arrested, they must remain in jail unless they can assure the authorities that they will appear in court at the appointed date/time. That assurance may be based on the accused person's reliability and past history, but usually their promise has to be backed up with some form of financial pledge (bond).

The gentleman that was working when I went in was very polite and helpful. It was quick, easy, and cheap. I showed up late at night and they got my friend out at 5am that morning.
The lady that was working the next day was also helpful and polite to us.
So far my personal experience has been positive with this company.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! If there was a lower rating i would put it. I repeat.. DO NOT! There are plenty of bond places in DFW; this is not the one to use. The star ratings shows exactly how awful this place is. Incredible rude. I tried to speak with the manager Tracy? regarding Peggy's attitude (which is worse and won't get anywhere with her) anyways... Will threaten to revoke bond stating that i lied regarding what i put on the paper work when I asked the nice gentleman what i should put regarding my job since i got laid off during the corona virus. called me a "2 year old"

The worst bail bonds ever. The lady is the rudest and nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen in my life. She told me she refused to help me because “I can’t pay the bail” when I actually had the money to pay the full bond in cash and asked me to leave because “I was not understanding that she refuses to help me”
