A life-long Metroplex resident, Paul Schuder exemplifies what it means to understand the Tarrant County community. Before forming Professional Court Services (PCS) Bail Bonds with his wife and partner, Crystal, Paul gained much experience in other businesses focused on legal matters. From the very beginning, Paul has preached about the need for PCS Bail Bonds to focus heavily on professionalism.

Arrest warrants are issued by a judge on behalf of the state authorizing police to arrest a person. Warrants must have probable cause based on an accurate police affidavit in order to be signed and issued. After one is signed, police may begin looking for the suspect(s) and arrest them when found. The state isn't required to let you know when there's a warrant for your arrest and can arrest you anytime after it's issued.
The Texas criminal code identifies a number of activities as being illegal, all of which can be punishable by fines, imprisonment, and other sanctions. Different crimes are classified under different types of offenses. This includes misdemeanors, DWIs, felonies, and traffic tickets. Misdemeanors are crimes that are less serious than a felony, and not all of them carry jail time.

Due to an unfortunate turn of events, I found myself in desperate need of a good bondsman. My wife was faced with the task of acquiring one for me at a very inopportune and financially challenging time for us.

This bailbonds company was one of the most professional bond companies I have dealt with they were very polite and they were willing to help and answer any questions that I had. I never been in this situation but they made me feel comfortable. And they didn't get upset no matter how many times I called to get the status..I totally recommend PCSto anyone.

Things weren’t going so well for me on 7/14/21. I was calling several bond companies trying to make bond for my son. The more I called around the harder it got and maybe, because the customer service I was receiving was horrible. Finally, I called PCS and spoke with the beautiful lady name Sonya! I hadn’t seen her in person, but her personality and spirit was beautiful!! She worked, listened and understood what I was going through and made things better for me, which was much needed at that time. Sonya was also very professional and did everything in a timely manner. I wish there more like

I called PCS Bail Bonds and spoke with Karina. She helped me like a friend would help me, not like a stranger would help me. (during a stressful time when you are bonding out a loved one, this MEANS SO MUCH!) She walked me through everything! there was a glitch with the jail and who was WONDERWOMAN?? she was! she got it done!! I hope I never need to post another bond in my natural life, but if I do, PCS Bail Bonds will be who I go to!
