With our Taco Bar Option/Packages we go to your event's location and we serve tacos of 4 different kinds of meats (asada, al Pastor (BBQ pork), lengua, cabeza, grilled chicken, BBQ chicken, carnitas or buche). It also includes fresh cilantro, fresh onions, radishes, limes, fresh grilled jalapenos and fresh grilled onions.
Tortilla shell with choice of Meat, Beans, Lettuce, Salsa, Sour Cream, Guacamole and Cheese. 4 fried rolled Corn Tortillas with Chicken, Beans, Rice, topped with Guacamole, Sour Cream and Lettuce. Cancun style Shrimp with special hot or mild Red sauce, Onions, Tomatoes, Bell Peppers over Rice and Tortillas.
Catering packages and Full Service Buffets! When you need Mexican food catering, Taqueria Los Gallos will have you coming back for more! From our fresh home-made salsa to the freshest home-made tamales you can find, our mexican food has no rival. Our Taquiza (Taco Bar) package/options can feed 50 to 90 people and our fully catered buffets feed from 90 to unlimited persons.

I usually go to the Express but decided to try this place out. We came in at 9:45 ish, at the door it shows they close at 12am but I guess due to Covid they close at 10pm.
I ordered two tacos, one Asada and two Pastor. The Asad was tough and dry. All I can taste from the Pastor was sour and the texture was mush. Maybe it was because they were closing but their food fell way short of what a taco is supposed to be.
I also got the Asada super quesadilla and there was nothing to rave about. Im also a chili head so I like spicy foods and their salsa was just mild. The Express has this salsa that burns
