Since I couldn’t get my point across to the manager in charge, I decided to share here. I was currently working the air and water show in August of 2021. That morning I’ve got an email stated workers was needed and that interviews was that same day. Mind you this tells you everything is being rushed ! But I needed the money so I went in joined on that same day. evening arrived I met a young lady named ms.Dunn who was running the event. Ms. Dunn was cool. she was talkative, she check on the employees as needed, she ran the part of a supervisor well. Until my second day, I saw she came to work

I worked for Skytech Security for 2 years. And it saddens me that I’m leaving, unfortunately under career circumstances. The boss Ms.Rakestraw is understanding and very caring. The supervisors are very professional and understanding as well. Over these 2 years working for the company they became a family to me. Skytech is one of the best security companies I’ve worked for out of the 10 years I’ve been doing security. I recommend Skytech Security Company to everyone.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband was threatened on the road by one of their employees in uniform, in a company car (or their car adorned for the job). When they realized there were more people in the car, they stopped. They threatened to shoot my husband and “reached” beneath them. All because the employee was on the phone and my husband got in front of him in the lane. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Hopefully their company handles the situation appropriately.

Complete waste of time the woman who interviews you was very rude cuts you off as your talking to speed ball through the interview. Skytech is very unprofessional and isn't really an ideal security company if your looking for full time employment!

This has to be one of the worst security companies that I have worked for in my 14 years of working in the security industry. The owners and management are very unprofessional and do not stand behind their employees. At the site where I worked, they felt it was sufficient to give their employees a 2 cent raise! (Chicago Cultural Center) Also, the management and supervisors at this particular site are a joke, unprofessional, vindictive, and ghetto. Please do your research before considering employment with this company that has very little compassion for it's employees. No stars in my opinion!

I worked for skytech for a year and a few months and within that time I have seen them get rid of good officers over NOTHING. Management consists of a group of ignorant people. Plenty of times I have worked double shifts for them, staying for 22 hours! But the moment I request a day off to go to the doctor they act like I committed a crime. I mean we don't even get benefits for Christ sake. My reason for quitting is due to the fact that I was wrote up twice and suspended for wearing my hair naturally and styled. They want all women to look alike meaning perm, straighten, or have weave in her

Where do I begin Honestly my expirence with Skytech was good in the beginning but they rubbed me the wrong way when a man followed me while on a site (Chicago Cultural Center) for 3days and when asked for a site change I was told by my supervisor(at the time) that there was nothing they could've done. But one of the supervisors friend soills coffee on a keyboard but she gets moved to a new site. Do you really wanna work for a company where there's no one to ensure your safety and you have to befriend your supervisor for hours. Its not worth the mental or physical stress!

This company is unfair to its employees. Their views of you are based solely on whether or not they personally like you not based on your job performance. It's what we like to call clickish . You can put in great effort but if you are not their cup of tea they could care less. They fired me on minor infractions without even giving me a chance. I've watched them treat people unfairly since my first day there. Don't apply with them. Although they pay fairly it's hardly worth the headache

Skytech management is extremely terrible, they are extremely unorganized. After orientation they forgot I was even present when it came out to giving out schedules. Everyone received their uniforms and went home while i was left waiting. Once i was issued out my uniform and paper work they forgot to give me I was told to stay seated until i could get a schedule. Keep in mind thag I did tell me that I am employed they acted as if it was never mentioned and told me to pick a job before I left the office that day because they will not work around my hours. I told them I was not going to leave so my
