Inner Valor is THE company to work for. The amount of professional among my fellow Security Officers as well as the respect given/seen puts all the other Security Companies to shame. Inner Valor hires based on who you are as a person as well as customer service. I brought my friends onboard and they all love it as well! And I will continue to do so. In the three months I spent at this company, I watch as many people
quit, promise's made and broken, they tell you, they will pay you 18.00
dollars and that turns into 16.00, insurance hah, I never met an employee
who received it. And there so called office turns out to be a coffee shop
down town Chicago. There only contract is a gate guard position with
the Chicago bears. Very deceitful. Beware.......
